They damaged my car today and the owner tried to hide the damage from my sight and instructed Employees to lie and deceive. I saw the damage when I arrived home. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but never again. Stay away from these shady Crooks. I always tipped well. They have no shame and conspired to hide the damage to my vehicle.

First and foremost, this is not a touchless car wash. I paid 41 dollars for a rushed job. My car interior basically looks the same as when I arrived. Not worth the time or money. Lesson learned will not return.

I love this place they did the inside and outside of my vehicle and you have the option to purchase a five dollar gel coat that coats your car for up to a month. I LOVEEEE IT! Please go.

I used to be a proud returning customer at Seabrook Cashwash back in the day but going back to them over the past two months they have truly fell off and lost a customer... I went for a carwash yesterday and ordered the "WORKS"... Before even leaving the vacuum area I noticed that they did not move the seats at all to vacuum under them and barely touch the back row seats at all... Then after getting through the car wash and detailing area and quick walk around (due to running late for work I left) but later that evening when my shift was over I noticed the very poor attention to detail on the most simple thing to clean... THE WINDOWS... I had more finger prints and a giant head/grease smug still left on my windows just a completely waste of money

Horrible car wash. First time visiting and I’ll never return. They rush and your car still looks dirty in the end. You will pay for rim cleaning and they’ll still be dirty. My car is brand new so there is no excuse. I told the manager, he seemed annoyed but told me to run it through again. Still doesn’t look great and I’ll never return. The spot up the street from this location does a better job.

They always do a great job for a great price. I wish they would do something about the tire shine liquid, it splashes all over the car before I can even get home. 😞 But luckily it's unlimited washes and you can go about 2 or 3 times per week if needed. I trust them with my Benz, my Cadillac, and my BMW.

Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews. For what you pay for, you would expect a bit better quality of service. I came here to see if it was worth coming, and now I know to avoid this place next time. The two stars are for the customer service. It's good, the people checking you in and at the payment desk are friendly, and the Spanish speaking workers are fairly cordial. The quality of cleaning, for what you pay for, is lacking. They will NOT clean your floor mats (even a simple rinse off), dashboard, and cabin. I would expect more for $40. IF you have no other place, by all means. Otherwise, please find an alternative.

This was hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. As soon as I pulled up, they told me the person who normally washes the mats wasn’t working that day — so no mats cleaned. The guys who vacuumed (Black men) did a decent job, but the crew( who were not black) who was supposed to wipe down the inside barely touched anything. There was a visible soda spill on the back armrest — instead of cleaning it, they just folded it up and left it sticky and dirty. The rest of the interior still had dust and dirt — it looked like I hadn’t even gotten my car cleaned. I’m not sure why this place has any good reviews because I’ve heard others say the same thing. I definitely won’t be going back. Save your money and your time — I’ll be returning to the car wash in Laurel, MD where they actually do it righ

Did not wash my car. The brushes are bad. There was dirt all over my car and they have like 10-15 people drying the cars and spraying wax on them. Over charging for bad car wash. Price is $30. The manager is rude and doesn’t care about your business.

Hands down the best value for a detailing service in the area! I paid $41 for interior, exterior and all the tire cleaning. I tipped $20 because it was such an amazing experience. So fast with many hard working individuals doing a great job. My car hasn't been cleaned in 4 years and I'm 20 minutes it looks fresh again. Will definitely be returning.

The car wash itself was good, and the employees were genuinely great—friendly and hardworking. The service was solid overall. What really ruined the experience for me was finding out that management takes the employees’ tips. If you tip a worker directly and they notice, the employees are later forced to hand the money over to management after customers leave. That’s unacceptable and left a bad taste. Good service and great workers, but disappointing ownership practices. Teo stars. I may not return because of how the owners treat their employees.
