Great car wash in general but unfortunately, when entering the wash, the yellow track damaged my front left rim (standard 21” rims that are a factory option on the Tesla model S) and it will cost hundreds to get it fixed so I will no longer use Brown Bear as that’s never happened at any other car wash.

The attendants here are extremely helpful! One staff member, noticed my antenna, and kindly removed it for me so it wouldn’t get damaged in the wash. Just before entering the machine, I realized that my sunroof wouldn’t fully close, and a staff member helped me tape it up so that I could still get a wash today. I am extremely grateful for their attentiveness and non-judgmental help.

Just drove all the way to the Brown Bear Car Wash on Factoria but the car wash isn't working. No sign explaining what's going on and no one answers the phone. So much for a monthly membership. No attendant anywhere to say when it's going to open again. Hundreds of cars pulling up then driving away without a clue what's going on. Update: Aside from unforseen maintenance issues I can say Brown Bear at Factoria did resolve the issue and I had a great car wash the next day. The service is always with a genuine smile and they're usually very attentive to the customers needs. It would be a good idea going forward if they had an attendant at the entry point in addition to the cones blocking the lanes to explain what's going on. The scene was a bit chaotic with rush hour traffic and the parking area full of cars and no one knew what was happening. I still believe they're the best car wash around.

Don’t bother going in for a quick wash… if anything happens at all to your car both the manager and manager’s manager will talk with you, but no action or responsibility is taken. Please do not waste your time or money here

They swirl your car alot. I have never seen this level of swirls till time. I made a huge mistake by buying monthly wash. I would have given 0 stars if available.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH! BROKEN WINDSHIELD WIPERS, and clear thick scratches all over my SUV especially on the back tailgate! No accountability have reached out to the owner Lance without a response. Reached out to corporate. Clearly don’t stand by their policies per their website. Brand new 80k SUV !

Fantastic car wash with the perfect options. We got the basic exterior car wash and it was great! We also had the option to vacuum the interior of the car after! Shout out to Grant for the exceptional customer service when we had issues at the automated teller.

The car wash works pretty well. I still prefer a manual wash as some of the corners and edges don't get quite clean from this car wash and when I have roof racks on the car it doesn't wash underneath them very well. Overall a great location if you need something pretty fast and easy though.

I had been for automatic car wash today as well as two weeks ago. Both the times noticed wash does not remove dirt properly and leaves behind. Please avoid going there.

Factoria and Issaquah have the best wash brushes. $12 for Bear Minimum Wash. Our choice is "Berry Best" $15 without upgrades. Payment processing using the credit card Tap RFID sensor will get you through the payment gate faster. RFID sensor (silver metal block) located just below credit card reader slot.

I paid for a car wash and it was very affordable. My car needed some special attention because she had a lot of bird poop on her. The line moved quick and there was a steady stream of customers also waiting to get their car washed too. I can't wait to return when my car needs another wash!

Usually a good wash here. But….in my opinion, a little alarming that my rear window wiper went completely missing after exiting the wash. My wiper was Not on. More alarming was how many random wipers the workers were finding. I wound up getting one from their office that fit but still. I’m worried what else may go wrong if I come back.

Editing my prior review as some sort of wax they must use here left an awful coating on my windshield that smeared like crazy the next time it rained (my wipers weren’t the issue). Needed to spend a bunch of time actually cleaning my windshield to make my car safe to drive again.

Tried this location and my car came out super clean. The staff at the pay station was friendly and the whole operation felt really professional and well run. Quick smooth process and my car looks way better. Highly recommend and I will be back.
