There not very truthful you will need a lawyer to get the title you will have water in your radiator not antifreeze the sticker in the vehicle for oil change isn't correct according to the carfax and any mechanic I thought I bought a good vehicle it's a nightmare!

SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!! THEY MAKE ME DRIVE 6 HOURS AROUND, WITH NOTHING BUT LIES! THEY TOLD ME THE TITLE WAS CLEAN, WHEN I GOT THERE THE TITLE WAS SALVAGE!! THEY LIED ABOUT THE ODOMETER!! THEY LIED ABOUT THE WHOLE CONDITION OF THE CAR! THE CAR WAS TOTALLY TRASH.

Before buying they didn't tell me the sunroof poured, not leaked, but POURED water. Something they had to know. I do not at all recommend buying from them. Also they refuse to refund the money or make it right ( in their shady "contract"). Deplorable. Please don't buy from them.

Three out of three cars we looked at were completely screwed. If you're buying a car here, it'll blow up in a week. Do not buy from this dealership.

I bought a Nissan Armada from this car lot and I live 2 hours away. The service engine light was on. So I asked when was the last time it had an oil change . The car sells men said I need to get one . On my way home the tire light came on I stopped and put fix a flat in the tire and noticed that the thread was coming out ( no spare tire ) So I said a prayer and got back on the freeway. I finally made it home. All 4 tires are bad so I parked it. Then today the tire rod broke.. talking about a lemon this is it.. I won’t ever by another car from there.

We bought a Tahoe last month and we love it! Johnnie was very fair with us and we felt like he actually cares. We live all the way in Rockford Illinois but we'll be back again because we want rust free vehicles and we want to deal with someone that will be honest with us!

Really wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here they had nice selections and I was looking at one and I said I’m looking for one $2500 to $3000 and only had one which isn’t a problem but inside looked rough and I was picking it for my wife. I had 6k to spend but fella Kept acting like I didn’t have enough lol I just wanted to stay around that range. And then got upset when we told him we didn’t want it and he just kept asking what was driving us away from it. And then I offered $1900 on a car for $2500 waiting on a counter offer he grabbed key out of the car and said yup I might as well go back inside. Very rude. Kept saying car only had 80k miles. A car could have 5 miles off the showroom floor and go out tomorrow and he kept just trying to justify it had 80k miles

I test drove a car and it ran fine purchased it. Drove 30miles the transmission started slipping. I call brooks autoplex they told me to bring the car back up there. Thinking they would make this right. But no they told me it was my problem now. Even thought there is a lemon law to where they are supposed have the 3 opportunities to make it right.

A total lie. Drove three hours to look at a car that supposedly had no issues and no check engine light as I was told from the marketplace listing, got there and it was a piece of junk. Unreported accident left the frame bent, scratches all over, VIN report is a lie, car wouldn't even turn over without sputtering a few times even though it was "nearly perfect". BUYER BEWARE; this place is as shady as their cars are terrible. Don't buy from here or you'll not make it less than a couple miles much less to your driveway. Also, don't trust their online reps as they don't even work on the lot and are remote.

Keep in mind that these cars are sold as is. Be prepared to spend more getting repairs done. They are not knowledgeable about the condition of the cars they sell nor do they care about your safety. I was showed car facts on the car I purchased from an app on one their phones. Everything appeared fine. A week later I had to replace the alternator, 2 torn axles, and front brakes. It also has a massive oil leak and was told to go to an engine specialist. Payed for a real CarFax report and found out it’s been in 4 accidents. One being a total loss. The title says nothing about it being rebuilt or salvage. This place only cares about filling their pockets. Lesson learned.

The sales guy we bought my daughters car from said he would put his daughter in this car with no worries. Well, he must be a horrible parent because this car has been nothing but trouble. To say it's a lemon is an understatement. Ridiculous. Wouldn't shop here if it was a free car.

Dont recommend. We had a list of questions before we took the 3 hour drive. We get there and everything was lies. Rebuilt title we were told it was clean, car didnt drive striaght hard pulling and shaking when we were told perfect condition, said 150k miles the car actually has 179 almost 180,000 miles. They told us nothing but lies. That was time and money wasted. Stay away from this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sold my boyfriend a lemon, knowing the transmission was bad. That’s a $5,000 fix, by the way. When he went to test drive the car, they wouldn’t allow him to take it to a mechanic. RED FLAG! Then they charged $100 over the agreed price for “paperwork” because they knew he was an inexperienced buyer. As soon as he drove it off the lot, it started having problems. When he got to a hill, the car couldn’t make it and he had to leave it in the street to get towed. After the mechanic reported (amongst other problems) a bad transmission that had evidence of having been looked at by another mechanic already, Brooks refused to take the car back or come to any kind of compromise. To see that so many others have experienced this from the same place makes me sick. I don’t know how Brooks can live with himself, knowing he’s screwing people over every day.

My Daughter and I bought a 2002 Dodge Durango from Mr Brooks and his staff. We were very pleased with the vehicle and how we were treated. Best deal I've got in my 68 years living. He also sold a car for us. Got exactly the amount I wanted for it. He's a man of his word. We highly recommend him. Thank you Mr Brooks and Staff .

They kept saying it was a good perfect reliable car and that nothing at all was wrong with the vehicle except for the minor dents and scratches to the outside of the car. I Got to pine bluff and it was not as reliable as they made it out to be. As soon as I drove about 16 miles the car started shaking uncontrollably and after a few days it shut completely off. I am not satisfied at all with the way they handled it either. They lied and told me it had been in the shop and got it checked so it was road safe. Not at all was it a safe reliable car it could have killed/ injured me and others. I am inviting a new life into the world and I was promised a safe vehicle, I do not tolerate lies but it seems like that’s all this company has done is lie to me. I called them several times and I was either put on hold for hours or they straight up dodged all of my calls. When I was told to bring the vehicle back I did and nobody was even at he shop I was told to arrive to. So then I just brought it back to the dealership. That gave me attitude and a whole lot of disrespect. I never received my title and was supposed to get change back because I payed in full but never received that either. When I asked to look at their copy of the papers that I signed they couldn’t even find my files…. They lost my files??!?!! I just don’t understand how they lost my file when I hadn’t even had the car a month I am so very unsatisfied with the service that was given to me. Things could have been simple but they made it so hard.

What a terrible establishment they are scammers do not go here. I'm gonna the process of suing. These people are causing damage to others and me. I promise you don't want to go here go somewhere else these people are con artists. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 from them that had no oil overheating issues, and no coolant. These people are disgusting.
