I use this place literally 5-6 days a week. I drive for a living, but I like my vehicle looking nice. I have the membership and with that these guys clean it, offer cheap cleans for the inside, and I am paying so much less in both money and time. I have gotten to know these guys, chatting and sitting on the patio while they make my baby look new. Top tier work, they asked me to leave an honest review... In short, 100% worth.

I’m honestly annoyed with the wash I got. Two of the machines in the inside of the car wash weren’t working. My car barely got any soap. When I went to find a manager inside or an employee there was no one there. I’m not coming here anymore. UPDATE: The manager of the car wash reached out to me. He explained that there had been a technical malfunction at the wash and my car got caught in the middle of that malfunction through the wash. We agreed to have my car rewashed again for free. He even did a special detail to my tires which was not what I had done to the car originally when I washed it the first time. The manager noticed that the front plate of my car was bent. He offered me a free plate frame so that the plate would not get dented again. The manager personally installed the plate frame on my car. I really appreciate the attention that the manager and employees gave me and my vehicle when I came in today. I highly recommend this car wash.

I live in Granbury, but drive to Ft Worth everyday for work and this car wash just happens to be on my way to work! This place is AWESOME! The people are nice and helpful and the price is RIGHT for what you get! I detail cars in the weekends and this car wash works very well and the vacuums have GREAT suction!

Just because I previously had a free wash, the same guy that is usually at the check in said I couldn’t used another free code because it’s only good one per car. I guess if you get a new phone another free car wash is no good. Next time dont even bother to text free card wash wash. Free car wash on me , screen shot bottom picture.

My van had a lot of dust, stains, and stuff in it when I received it. Now our dog has filled it with hair and our kids have filled it with stains. I’ve dirtied it up hauling tree logs, tools, and dirty boots. I signed up for texts and got a free $20 wash. Then I upgraded to the “Super Clean + Leather” Express Detail. That would be $125, including a wash, for a minivan. I paid $105 since I got the free $20 wash. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with their work since they saved me countless hours to detail it myself. The only odd quirk was that they missed two compartments in the center console. These will take about 15 minutes to clean myself, so no big deal. Just odd they didn’t notice. But I’m still happy with it.

Today was my first time coming to Brightworks. I appreciate the fact that the car wash itself is delicate and i don’t feel like it’s scratching the exterior of my vehicle. The blowers at the end are like none I’ve ever experienced before, they move with your vehicle to ensure adequate dryness. Honestly, I’ve been a loyal customer here since they opened. Every time I visit, I’m always impressed by the cleanliness of the interior and exterior. I’ve always tipped the workers generously, usually around $20. Yesterday, I decided to get my car detailed. Unfortunately, it rained the next day, and I wanted to get a rain check. The guy who was working there was rude and refused to give me one. So, I had to pay again just to get my car cleaned up. I’m not happy at all with this experience. I’m considering bringing my business elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer here since they first opened and one of the employees always has a bad attitude and pretends to be a manager Last time was really bad. He asked me for $4 extra to do pressure wash the sides of my truck. When I said why four dollars extra I always come here and they do it anyway After my car wash, finish one of the alleged Manager was reading to wipe down my Truck then I explain to him the whole story since that guy always give me a hard time. He was not really helpful and did not apologize. Then I expect him as a manager. He should be apologizing and make the customers happy but obviously he does not care which is from that time I think he was not the manager.

Was in Fort Worth and decided to do the hand wash/detail. Paid $125. I have high standards when it comes to my truck and let me start by saying the hand wash/detail crew doesn’t mess around. When I gave em’ my truck it looked like it hadn’t been washed in a year because I’ve been really busy lately and haven’t had the down time to wash it. The detail I received for the price was outstanding, right on the money. When I got my truck back it looked like a brand new vehicle(headlight covers being the exception I planned on swapping them anyway). Looked better than the day I bought it! These folks are masters of their craft and executed a sublime detail job. I was blown away when I got it back, jaw on the floor. Definitely worth the money. Will be coming back for another.
