I’m extremely disappointed with BrightWash and Detail. I took my wife’s van for a full detail as a birthday surprise, but it turned into a stressful nightmare. The service caused damage to the alternator after the engine cleaninh, and I ended up with more than $1,000 in expenses from tow truck , battery replacement alternator replacement. The car wash barely compensated me for LESS than half of the damages. This experience was unacceptable, and I’ll never bring my vehicles to their location again. Not even an apology was made.

I loved this place when they first opened. But unfortunately just like many other businesses in our neighborhood they start off hot and fall off a short time later. This is exactly what has happened to Bright Wash and Detail. Today, I invested so much time in line (clearly fault and a big mistake) I ended up spending 2 hours... YES 2 hours waiting to get my car wash. (This includes the the start time of waiting in the line to pulling away in clean car.) Today is January 18, 2025. There are 3 workers on a busy sunny winter Saturday. Obviously with 3 staff members anyone would get burnt out. And that's currently the case. Staff is working at a snail's pace....maybe slower. Sorry but, time to find another hand car wash to spend my money.

First time I had service at Bright car wash and detail. The service was amazing. The workers were genuine and helpful. My car looked like a pig pen, when I brought it in. And when they were done, it looked like I just got my car from a dealers lot. For the price the service was well worth it. Job well done Bright car wash and detail.
