I went in to purchase some items and one of those items was a pack of cigarettes. I asked her did they accept coupons and she said yes. I clicked redeem on my phone for the Newport Coupon and then she started, "We don't take those coupons." Really?? So I just wanted my coupon that I barely get as it is. I am not happy.

I went there today I put gas in my car I needed air in my tires went to go put the air on my tires and the air pump after digging for 10 minutes for .75 does not work nor is there an out of order sign when I mentioned it to the cashier he stated oh that 1 never works the other 2 do though did not offer me my money back. Take the hose off then or something stop wasting customers time and money

Opted for the $10 car wash and it didn’t work. My car was not clean and looked it didn’t even get washed. Save your money and either do it yourself at one of the places down the road or go to a place that has brushes. This was a huge waste of money.

I called the store today, 7/9/2018, to let them know their flag wasn’t flying at half mast to show respect for the tragedy in California the other day. The manager/owner I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude because I suggested that he fly it at half mast out of respect. I am never going to this location again. He was demanding that I give him my address and said he was going to call the police on me. This man is disrespectful and rude, and is never going to have my business again.

I order a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant and the sausage didn't cover half of the croissant. When I asked the manager whose been there for 11 yrs, which he made it his business to tell me, he became snippy with an attitude. FIX THIS!!!

I buy gas and car washes here all the time and a few months ago their car wash was down so when I was buying them you couldn't even use them. Now that they are expired the store manager won't give you a new code when other BP's in the area will. Thank you for updating your car wash but since it was down off and on you should really compensate the people that keep coming back. Since you will not, I will not be back. Worst BP customer service.

This is the closest gas station to me and as many times as I've gone, I've recieved bad customer service from the older white man everytime. Its like you are bothering or inconveniencing his life. If you dont like people, there are other jobs outside of customer service. Today is was my last visit. I will definitely be getting gas, food, snacks, and my drinks elsewhere.

Went to buy regular gas and was charged $4.20 a gallon instead of the advertised $3.19. They stole $10 from me basically. I’ll never come to this store again and ive been coming here for years. The owner should be ashamed.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every. Single. Time. I've recieved bad customer service. It’s like such an inconvenience to go in and bother them. Went inside today, said hello to the lady clerk who was just propped up on the left register bored out of her mind, she heard me and didn’t acknowledge anything. Got a drink and lottery tickets, and she was just still horrible. There are other jobs out there not in customer service that might be a good fit for her. I will not be going back to this BP.

Decent amount of snack and drink items. Cashiers are always nice when we come here, the store is very well-kept. Only complaint is that all the flavors from the instant coffee machines always taste bland and watered down.

The main attraction here is a little Grocery store style Deli section on the left side of the store. It usually has a variety of stuff like club sandwiches, wraps, salads, Greek Pasta Salad, etc. its way better than you'd expect from a gas station deli. my club sandwich came with some little square pieces of cheesecake on the side, and it was amazingly good. its pretty cool to have a deli nicer than grocery stores but where you can get in, checkout, and leave much faster. they have a lot of coolers, so there is a huge selection of drinks. while i like that, they recently seemed to have dropped my favorite (and cheaper $1.25) Rip-It brand with some more expensive brands, so ill skip energy drinks here and get Rip-Its from Dollar Tree. $4-$5 for seemingly every beverage these days is out of hand. while they have a lot of coolers, there isnt as much room for snacks, and some of the shelves seem full of weird, unpopular items, or random non-food items at all. you can probably find something you can eat, but the selection could be better. I think the owner would be wise to waltz into a 7-11 or two and take some snapshots of their shelves and copy what they have, or something closer to it. staff seems to rotate a bit, which indicates poor management. better pay, benefits and treatment would keep people around longer and have them caring more about the job. the vacuums outside seem to be very hit or miss. ownership should be checking these more regularly, replace them with more reliable units, or just completely remove them. having customers dumping quarters into a machine that doesnt work is a great way to lose customers and profits when they never come back.

Absolutely horrible experience, I tried to order an item on the menu, the customer service kept saying the wrong order and also refused to put peppers on the order. I then was greeted by a nice worker that has been there for a while that I have known. I then began to say hello back and was interrupted by the owner saying “are you gonna order or take your time” I would give zero stars but I am forced to to give a one star.

I went to this BP gas station on Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach to make a very specific snack purchase. The owner or the older white male cashier was discriminately/selectively rude to me. I was so engrossed in my purchase, that it didn't hit me until I paid for my purchase. I could not find that particular snack at other stores. I thought this would be a quick grab and go. He was very nice to and conversed very nicely to the woman that allowed to go ahead of me as I gathered my cash. The interactions were very distinct. If he doesn't welcome business and patrons to those that don't look like him. Then, he is in the wrong business. In this ever changing economy, where he is not the only business or game in town. Good customer service goes a long way. He was more concerned about being more amenable to the customers after me whom I did not resemble. The lady at the food/sandwich section was wonderful, approachable and friendly. I would think twice about spending money with this establishment, if not ALL customers that doesn't look like him are welcome. Or, treated equally. This was my experience. I was very fashionable dressed or Soho Chic. Attire is not a benchmark for the store staffer/owner to be appropriately hospitable/courteous or should have mattered. If he is not the owner, then the owner should not let this person determine whether you drift in the red.

I asked the lady to change her gloves before preparing my food and she was very rude!!!! I waited and watched her rude attitude. She said rudely, I'm not fixing your food now. But with all the germs and covid out here, you should change your gloves when asked by a paying customer. Need better customer service!!

Pump 9 around 1140 pm on Feb 7th. Purchased car wash at the pump. Receipt did not print. Store is closed at 11:30 apparently, so there's no way to get one printed inside. This leaves me with no car wash code. You owe me a car wash.

Horrible experience with the staff. One in particular, Tabitha - the rudest person I have yet to experience in any type of customer service. After getting literally cussed out for asking about a price error, which ended up being exactly that, and error in their system, I will be reaching out to their corporate center and not returning.

A little while back, I went to get gas for my car. My debit card's chip had been malfunctioning or something so I went inside to pay at a register. The cashier was some middle aged white guy with slightly gray hair and his name started with a B. I tried to swipe my chip card but he said that it wouldn't work and I said that's unfortunate because "my damn debit card isn't working as it should" and he started yelling at me saying "don't you curse me!" I wasn't cursing at him, I was cursing my malfunctioning debit card. That cashier was so rude for nothing.
