I visited at 730 pm. The vacuum s were turned off at 8pm. I notified the attendant that I wasn't finished and he said he didn't have control of the shutoff. If I had been notified that it would turn off early I would have vacuumed first instead if cleaning the windows first. I still have carpet fresh on my back seat so disappointed.

After spending $17 on a car wash here. Save the money and pick somewhere else. Sure it got some of the dirt off... the amount of spots missed was definitely inexcusable, literally the while bottoms of the care was still dirty, and the vacuum barely have any suction. Still looking for that car wash that's worth the membership. Sadly, this one wasn't it. I ended up having to rewash all the missed spots later on when I had time. Save the $$$ and invest elsewhere.

I bought a BOGO Ultimate car wash and thought that the machine would give me the receipt like it usually does. Before driving into the car wash, I told the young guy that I didn’t get the receipt and he rudely yelled “I KNOW”! and then handed it to me. He needs to learn manners and looked like he didn’t want to be there. My car also wasn’t completely clean (don’t know where to attach photos) and I’ll have to go Freedom Wash and do it myself 🤬🤬🤬

Got the car pretty clean, not perfect, but I am used to spending a few hours hand washing and detailing so it is not really fair comparing it to that. For an automated drive through wash it did a pretty good job, I will definitely use them again.

TLDR: spent $12 for them to knock my side view mirror off the hinge and break it. As I was going through the wash, I remember thinking some of the brushes were very close. Turns out, they busted my mirror off of the hinge…. Hope you can tell from the picture. No attendants around to tell. Added bonus that the mirror is still dirty! Noticed when I was driving out. Additional note: vacuums did not have great suction and facility as a whole was a bit grimy/dirty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've been a member for sometime now and over all not to bad a deal. However, occasionally the attendant doesn't not spray the windshield solution across the entire windshield and they don't scrub the back like they should. I've asked a couple times for management contact and no one can provide me with a phone number. Just an email that doesn't get returned. Very poor communication and attendants that just don't care about their customers satisfaction. Of course by the time I see they don't do their job my vehicle is already being pushed thru the wash and I'm unable to say something at that time. If you want mediocre service this is your place. Don't expect too notch customer service or a perfect shine.

I had a terrible experience here. My car was damaged at this establishment, one of the long brushes in the wash tore my mirror cap off. I filled out a damage report with the attendant on site the day of, and had to wait almost a month to get my car repaired with my mechanic as I needed parts ordered and painted. When I reached out to the manager via email, I was told cameras would be reviewed before we went any further, which is understandable. But there's been no contact at all since August 7. I've reached out since then, asking for information on how I was going to be reimbursed for the damages and have had no response. This is very unprofessional and awful customer service.

Unlimited washes, Great for the price! Always has towels available so YOU can wipe down your car. At many places, you pay more and someone else wipes your car down and expects you to tip, so if you get your car washed weekly and you only tip a dollar, then you may as well add $4 to the monthly plan. Tip $2, and add $8 to the month. Car wash twice a week adds $16 to the month. Grand Slam offers their basic plan at $14. So $14 is the price you pay! I hope this was helpful for you to make a decision.

Similar to someone else who left a negative review, my car was damaged and no one has been in contact with me to make it right. I now have to pay $100 to replace the piece of window trim that was ripped off of my car. I used to go here 2-3 times a month, but never again. AVOID!!

Brand new truck. The wash left all of these scratches on my passenger rear window. The $15.00 wash by the way. Truck is barely 3 weeks old. And also 100% confirm these marks were not here before going through the wash. And they aren't even small scratches, they are big. Very upset and highly disappointed. I recommend no one go to this car wash. Unless you want scratches all over your vehicle.

This is the worst experience I had at this car wash I use to come here all the time so I decided a month ago to get the membership. Well about 2 weeks ago April 14th 2023 I went for a normal cleaning like I always did and inside of the wash I heard a loud noise. So I park my car to Vacuum and I see my mirror cover is cracked and wiggly which was not prior. I filed a paper incident report and an online report with one of the employees and was told I’ll be contacted by the General manager. No one ever called. I called them they told me the manager is not there or they don’t pick up the phone. I even sent a email and no response.I will be canceling my membership and never returning. Very unprofessional.!!!

I've had memberships at many different monthly plan car washes and this is THE BEST! There's only been one employee who seemed a bit lazy, but I haven't seen him in a while. Everyone else is SO helpful and nice. They go out of their way to assist you! My car loves them as much as I do!! Their prices are extremely fair and they offer towels and multi purpose spray to borrow. Vacuums SUCK!! JUST LIKE THEY SHOULD 😀 You won't be disappointed!!

I recently signed up for a car wash membership at the Independence location, and my experience was disappointing. The entire process felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked to review the terms and conditions, the staff member indicated that I should just sign as I had already been given a copy. This left me feeling uneasy since I wasn't given a fair opportunity to read through the details before committing. I realized this when I discovered that my first charge would be processed the next day, leaving me no time to reconsider or cancel without incurring a fee for a month of car washes that left my car still unclean. Overall, I do not see the value in this membership and am disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service. I would not recommend this car wash location based on my experience.
