It is important to remember that this is not a car detailing business. It is a car wash, exterior and interior. You will be disappointed if you were wanting a detail, but it is a good car wash. The employees are friendly and helpful. The wash is a good wash. Be sure to check out the prices before going to make sure you want to invest the cost for a wash.

2 star at best. Mainly for ease of service. But $56+ for a full service interior and exterior cleaning vacuum and amoral service and this is what it looked like. Going to have to go back over it and clean it all myself.

Highly disappointed. I could and should have just washed my car myself! I tipped before entering my car after the crew member “detailed the inside” $50 wasted. He also left two rags inside the car I guess his way of telling my yeah you can do the rest yourself.

Could dry vehicles a bit better especially the wheels before they apply tire shine that runs all over because they aren’t dry first.. But all in all nice folks and professional..

I went to get my Jeep washed and i purchased the full package with everything for $25 which should have included tire shining, detail clean inside and out and fragrance. They were rushing and only took 15 minuets. I did not receive the tire shine or the fragrance. There was still bird poop on the outside of my car and the inside of my car looked untouched. I have 4 mats on the floor of my car and two were poorly cleaned and the other two were not touched or moved. The mats were not picked up so underneath the mats was uncleaned. The console sides still had drip marks and the entire back row has not been touched. The floor was disgusting and there was dust along the wall of the car as well as the sizes of the seats. There was dog hair on all of my seats that was not removed. There was dust and sand and other loose materials along the floor of my entire car. There was never a fragrance added, the only thing i could smell was the cleaner that i used myself when i got home. The only thing that they did do was my dashboard which still wasn’t 100% done. This was a waste of my money and i had to spend and hour and a half cleaning it myself at home. I do not recomend for anyone who’s wants an interior cleaning, the standard drive through wash is more effective.

My car was so dirty inside and out. I have been traveling multiple days a week so then inside and outside needed attention. The inside looks amazing! All the floor mats look brand new. The console and doors were cleaned spotless. I know dog hair is one of the hardest things to get out and the got almost all of it out. Will definitely go back.

Paid $29.99 for ‘Full Service’. Wasn’t in the car wash more than 8 minutes; very little soap/foam used. Interior vacuumed, mostly the floor area but not the cup holder area nor were obviously dusty surfaces wiped down. Very disappointed. I should’ve gone back in to the manager for a refund but I didn’t so that’s on me. Hopefully he will see my review and get his team to do a better job. I feel cheated for the amount of money I paid. Lesson learned!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I had the worst experience at this location. I took my car there to get it washed and vacuumed inside and left with my car all scratched up and when I tried to get it resolved, they told me there was nothing that we can do. It's a brand new car so I know there wasn't any damage before arriving there. Plus, when I tried to explain my case, the manager Brandon Yee said, well "I checked the rags and there was nothing sharp in the rags so Autobell is going to have to deny this." No empathy or anything. They didn't even offer to pay for the wash that I spent 😡 It's unfortunate that I have to write this but I feel like it was handled without class or regard for what I went through. A simple car wash turned into a nightmare day.

I went back to this location because I had had a great experience in the past, but today was awful. I paid for exterior and interior cleaning and the interior was done in less than 10 min. When I looked, I saw why. There was dirt between the doors. When I told the person who was helping me, he wiped it off super fast and superficially. I even had to ask if they were still doing the fragrance thing since I wasn't asked. "Oh, yeah. What do you want?", he said.When I got in and drove away, I started to see that the dash hadn't been cleaned, the vacuuming was super poor and when I finally parked, I saw that my trunk had probably not been cleaned at all. I will not be coming back to this location. Those are $45 down the drain.
