I was a little skeptical with the location of this place - it's in a parking garage - but decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! My car had recently been flooded and stuck in the mud from hurricane Matthew so it was a mess inside and out. These guys did a great job cleaning it up - it looks like a brand new car.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone whether you need serious cleaning or just want to maintain your car. We just bought a car from a third party private sale. We got a great deal but the inside was VERY dirty. I called Irving's and asked what they had available to fully detail the entire interior. I was given the information and price which is exactly what I got and paid, no surprises. The staff was very friendly and eager to show us their work when we picked up the car. It's an older car that has been used and they still treated it like it was brand new. Excellent and affordable service!

Five Stars! My two toddlers are wonderful artists. Unfortunately, the inside of the car became their canvas all around their car-seats. It was pretty bad, but I'm so glad that Irving's Detailing could come to the rescue. They worked hard on it for sure, and it looks as good as new now. I have had my car detailed at Irvings many times. I'm from out of town and these guys do such a great job, that I wait till I am visiting Virginia Beach to have my car detailed. I sometimes rent my house, and tell my guests this is where to go if they need a detail. I have always gotten the mini detail. Good value for what my car needs. Thank you for the excellent service!

Well done. They had my car looking great inside and out! They put effort into it which was great because I know I caught them on a last minute basis and the job did not look rushed. If I could have been slightly more picky, I would have loved to not see any dog hair in my front seat and maybe I should have also specified to have my trunk vacuumed out as well. BUUUUT all things considered the job was solid and I'd recommend this location to all. (the pricing is great, &the staff is friendly!!)

We're very polite and accommodating. They told me it would be a little over an hour. Called to check and it was ready. Car looks fantastic! I got the Complete Detail and my 17 year-old Buick looks brand new. Very sweet people who took great care of my car. Very fair price for pristine service. I had a year old cupcake stain in my back seat that they were actually able to get out of my cloth seats. If you need your vehicle serviced, there would be no place better to patronize than with these lovely people. It did take a little longer than expected, but the result was well worth the wait, and I can't blame them as my car was very messy and one of my windows was stuck all the way down so they had to work around that.

They did a great job yesterday on my car. Price is good. Highly recommend!!! Update: second detail Aug 23 2025. Reduced to 1 star because they only take cash on weekends, and didn't tell me until pickup. I had to go to atm which didn't work. Then had to phone a friend to bring money. Should have told me at drop off. Also when I got home and could see in the light the mats were wet and back window still dirty from my grandson. Taking back Monday for them to finish.
