Pumps freeze and take money off of your card without you getting the gas you need or before you finish pumping. Had the same issue with the location down the street. Stay away from these indepently owned BP locations. They don't care about the customer. Im still waiting to be reimbursed for an issue.

Closes the store for cleaning from 3-4am 😒 not 24hrs Edit: several weeks after I came back again (this time between 1-2) dude put the sign up as I walked to the door!!!! Wth cannot leave a second review and "note from owner" obviously it didn't help. One star

The car wash left soap all over my car. The credit card kiosk for it has been broken for at least 6 months .You would think that such a great location would demand better performance. I almost forgot...the BP oil spill in the gulf. Never going back (and I live down the street) .

I can't speak to the rest of the rest of the gas station (hence the two stars instead of one), but the car wash is overpriced, and doesn't do a good job. It didn't clean off any bug guts or bird poop, and left the whole car covered in water spots.

Needs new management - car wash always out of service, the gas pumps never have receipt tape, trash cans overflowing, windshield washer containers empty and staff are indignant.

April the cashier was extremely disrespectful!!! She openly talked disrespectful about me to another employee thinking I had left the store. This is not the type of employee who should be interacting with customers if your going to openly mock and bash customers

The gas station attendant followed me to my car at 12:50 am because I was a single woman and no one else was there. I quickly put the gas nozzle in my car and locked myself inside while it pumped gas. He approached my door and started asking me if I have a boyfriend, if I like to have fun and if I live around here. I said it was none of his business and I was uncomfortable and he finally went inside after another car pulled in. Don’t stop here at night. I honestly think nothing bad happened to me because a cop pulled through twice while I continued pumping gas and loitered until I pulled off.

Slowest workers ever. Every time I come in there and give them change and tell them the rest on Apple Pay. They tell me to tap my card and then give me my change back. When I’m trying to spend the change and then pay the rest on Apple Pay. This is the third time. Hire smarter people or train them right.

Just pure trash all around. Charged incorrectly for a basic order, rude staff, dirty floors, employee coughed into her hand right before handing me change, etc. There are several other gas stations and convenience stores nearby, don't waste your money.

I just went into this BP to buy some gas so I can get to the next gas station. I decided to buy a fountain drink as well. As I walked up to the cash register there was a man in the area that had to move away so I can bring up my stuff. This man seems to be the manager however he was very unprofessional and rude disrespectful and apparently insecure. He decided that he wanted to speak badly in regards to me and my person while I'm purchasing items from the store. For a person to be that insecure to where they would like to argue with a customer is utterly ridiculous. I would never go back to this BP and I would tell anybody who would listen never to go to that one as well. Therapy is something that we might all need but he definitely needs it. Have a good day!

The price does not correspond to the advertisement, it was posted on the street with a different price, but when you fill up, the price is completely different, I don’t recommend filling up, and the photos were taken on the same day in 1 minute 👎👎👎👎

This is now a Joe's Kwik Mart, not a BP. I was standing filling up my car when I saw an employee out of the corner of my eye. Sweeping RIGHT in front of my car. As he walked away I noticed he had a cigarette with ash hanging out of his mouth. Seriously? I stopped pumping gas and left as I didn't feel like getting blown up today. Not a clear photo, but this is what I snapped as I was leaving.

I went there around 1.15-1.30 afternoons today 7/30/25 and you know what this location BP Very Dishonest.and the black guy cashier tall red uniform one rang me twice transaction for spearmint gum.honestly I only bought one.and I thought the shelf price it was 1.79 but after that I checked my bank credit card it pop up 3.78.I guess.never return back that located BP anymore. it was horrible and cheating.

Honestly I don't know about the rest of the store but our Dunkin has been disappointing us and we got coffee here around Christmas... Oh my gosh- we're never looking back. That Guatemalan coffee is so so good! Who would think gas station coffee out do a standing coffee shop? I've only been in once but my Husband said the staff is friendly and starting to recognize him . Thank you Kenwood BP!
