Fraud may be taking place at this BP station. My wife got gas for her VW Beetle and the amount after fill-up was $40+ and her tank does not even hold enough fuel to every reach $40. She approached the "manager" and after getting the run-around for 20 minutes, was finally given a receipt for $10 and was told that her CC was being charged that amount instead. A day later, we now see that the CC was charge the $40+. I am now calling the 800 hotline for BP America to complain about this station.

Terrible customer service. I moved into the piedmont heights area in august and tonight was the first time visiting this gas station. I refuse to go to the Chevron down the street on piedmont because of terrible customer service and now I can add this bp to the now list of gas stations that will not be receiving my money:)

I just went and got diesel at this place and called to tell them my engine almost blew up from bad diesel. They lady tried to convince me I went to a different station when I called. I reiterated I knew exactly where I pumped fuel and she asked me for the transaction amount. When I gave her the total she denied having any transactions in the system for that amount and I wasn’t being truthful. Let’s see how they handle all the expenses from this. I’d give them an 🅰️🕳️ instead of ⭐️bc that’s what they are.

I don’t know if he was having a bad business day or what but he was very rude and impatient. He came out to telling me I was holding up the pump and that I needed to leave. I informed him that I was getting my money together and that no one else was at the gas station probably being he’s the highest priced in the area. So I went in to pay, he then comes out give me my money back and then takes a picture of my tag and said that he was going to report me. So I proceeded to be petty and took a picture of him and informed him I will be reporting him as well. Worst customer service at a high priced gas station with 2 pumps down!

Their prices are very high compared to around the corner. The owners are also rude and if you take more than 3 mins to figure out your form of payment they come out stalking your car.

Gas pricing not accurate. 3 pumps weren't working, and the fourth would stop after half a second of pumping.

Gas was listed as $3.50/ gallon for regular, but it charged me over $5/ gallon. I’m positive I hit the “regular” button. Also, every pump but one had a bag over the nozzle or a “pay inside” sign on it. Restroom was out of order. Just terrible.

I have to say the guy that manages or owns this place is pretty nice when you're a good customer and spend lots of money. The lady that works here on the night shift is also very nice and pleasant they have good diesel prices and Fare Gas Prices I guess what is customary Fair
