Beggars circling the lot waiting for people to harass. In the short time that it took to fill up my gas, I was approached twice by smoking beggars next to the gas pumps.

I pulled into this gas station to get gas after picking up my kids from school after pulling up at the gas pump I ran out of gas and of course no money so I was waiting for my husband to come put gas in for me yes I was sitting for 15 mins waiting then one of the workers told me I need to move my car I was blocking his pump as I told him I ran out of gas I’m waiting for my husband to come he told me he didn’t care to move my car as I stated again I ran out of gas he told me I had 5 mins to move my car or he was going to have it towed so this nice man came over and put a couple dollars in my tank so I can move my car from in front of his pump

Go there around 4 or 5 times a week. All city gas stations are gonna have beggars, crime, etc. They handle it well and I've never had a problem. I'll continue to go there.

Shady male employees hit on women any chance they get and frequent drug deals in their parking lot and at their intersection. Always out of receipt paper, and lot and store is filthy. Never any clean windshield cleaner fluid, etc. Long laundry list of problems with this location. BP should take away their franchise branding.

This app says the store is open 24 hours, says that's recently verified, and that's been my experience other times I've stopped by in the middle of the night. Tonight, 5/7/22, 2:45AM, door was locked, lights were out. No sign anywhere stating hours. Guy inside, cleaning out microwave.

Do not eat anything from this gas station. I bought some snacks and it had mold on it. They don’t check their inventory because I purchased things multiple times and it was old.

I love this gas station and I don't care what anyone else has to say about it. I enjoy my visit each time I come in here, to blame the owner for crime happening in the parking lot is unfair. What about the 7/11 across the street that has equally if not more crime? The owner is a very hard working man, the employees make it their goal to have a relationship with the customers. Hopefully something can be done about the bad name the news just gave them! Because they are the best in the neighborhood

One of the worst BP's in the city,I lived behind there when my neighbor owned it and it was Amoco, it was always clean never any crime beautiful place, the new people took it over and started selling"glass pens"/crack pipes, and literally overnight the whole neighborhood changed, in my 30 years living behind I never seen anybody use the bathroom in the alley, no drug deals, people hanging out on the side of my house, breaking a lock off my gate, they absolutely destroyed that area!!! I can't believe they've never got shut down , drug deals so many people died there is pitiful...

I have been going to this BP station for almost 2 yrs now and I've never had any issues with any of the employees until this past week, on 9/17 or 9/18 my bf walked down to BP like usual, it was almost closing time, maybe 12:55pm, we pay for our fountain sodas at the registar then go to fill up our cups at the soda machine and before we even started putting the soda in our cups, the employee was so rude rushing us out of the station saying "come on", "its time to go", "hurry up, "we're closing". We told him that his service was crap, nobody else had ever treated us that way at this station. Then I go back to BP this morning on 9/21 and the same employee is there, I get what I need and go up to the registar and I asked this employee to let me pay $5 on my debit card and the rest in cash and we try my debit card 3 different times, it declines, I go to the back of the line to try again BC there was a lot of people, once I get up to the registar I explain to him once again I need to pay $5 on my debit card and the rest in cash, he rings it up again to pay everything on my debit card, I told him again $5 on debit card, the rest cash, he finally says that I have to pay the cash first, I told him that I need to know how much and I wouldn't just know that so it was his job to tell me so I pull out $3 in quarters to pay the cash part and he literally shoos me away BC there is now another line behind me, he has everyone in the line pissed off at me and tells me to "go over there" shooing me away again, I told him "absolutely not, I've went back in the line once already BC of your mess up so you need to tell me how much cash i need to make it to where I can pay $5 on my debit card and give me my stuff" so he finally figures it out but he was so very rude and disrespectful to me and I am not happy about it, hints this review. Other than that I have not had any issues with any of the other employees and it has been great service up until this ignorant guy started working there.

Stopped to get cigarettes and coffee. Bill was a little over $7. I used my card. I thought it was funny when cashier waved me on and it hadn't said approved on pad. I got to work and my card was charged for 15 dollars. The guy is skimming from register.
