Recently, we took our ’03 M3 in to Ricardo at BMR for detailing. As anyone who LOVES their car knows, choosing a detailer can be a very difficult decision. This is not the first time this car has been detailed but it is certainly the BEST detailing it has ever had! Ricardo is very knowledgeable and explained every process, even telling us which details to not do at this time. He told us about any problems he ran into (not many) and how he treated them. He is passionate about cars, meticulous, friendly and truly cares that you are happy with the results. He values the relationships he builds with his clients just as much as the end product, or possibly more. He takes pride and ownership in his work and that is something that is just way too hard to find these days! We will stick with BMR as long as they’ll have us and highly recommend them to friends, relatives, neighbors and you! Thanks tons Ricardo & family!

Complete waste of time! It's 11:50 in the afternoon. I took off work and drove to the store in Ogden. The sign says open, the website says open, but the doors are locked and nobody is at the front desk. Nobody answers the phone. They don't have a voice mailbox set up. I can't talk to anyone to even ask a question.

I took my wife's 2021 Honda Pilot to BMR Auto Detailing in West Haven, and Ricardo and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The car looked brand new inside and out when they were finished! They even shared videos throughout the detailing process, which was a cool and thoughtful touch. Ricardo was professional, personable, and went the extra mile—he took time to walk me through options for applying a clear protective film for my next vehicle, which I’m planning to buy in May. Ricardo is a very good salesperson, but more importantly, he and his team are GREAT detailers. If you are considering getting a ceramic coating, BMR is going to do it right and OVER DELIVER on what they promise. I cannot believe how good my car looked when they were done. I was getting my car ready to sell and really needed the interior looking its best. I used a mobile detailing company this morning that turned out to be unprofessional and used products that damaged the interior of my car. I was panicked and honestly didn’t know what to do. I called BMR Detailing and Ricardo answered, and I’m SO grateful he did. He was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and reassuring. He got me in last minute and even stayed well past closing to do an incredibly detailed interior job and fix what the previous company had damaged. The difference is truly unbelievable. I highly recommend BMR to anyone who wants top-tier detailing, honest service, and true craftsmanship. Ricardo truly saved the day and the work at his shop is world class. Thank you!!

If I could rate this a six star I could because this company went above and beyond expectations. I really loved the extra attention our car received, and the explanations along with it. They explained things that we need to watch and things they did that surprised us. They were clean, precise, prompt, professional, and fun to work with. I will always bring my car (S) there! We took our Van to get detailed this time and again the service is awesome 😎! They probably don't want mini vans in their pictures but I'am doing it anyways😁. That way you can be judged. I should have added before pictures but I spaced it. Next time that will happen.

BMR is the place to go! I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger in for detailing before getting ready to sell it. As soon as I told Ricardo my plans he able to tell me exactly what I needed for my detailing. Not only that, he went the extra mile and took photos for me right after so I could use them as my selling photos, cleaned my engine up, and went over future plans for my new car. I felt great as soon as I walked in and it was all money well spent. Plus it is a family-owned business! Definitely recommend!

All I can say is “Wow!” Not only does my car look brand spanking new, but the customer service was phenomenal. I called and was able to squeeze my car in last minute, easy to schedule and was sent reminders so I wouldn’t forget about my appointment. I was informed along the way how the progress was going and approximately how much longer it would take. My backseat looked insane, those of us with kids know how that goes 😂 and now my car looks amazing! Quick and efficient, worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend and will surely be back! 😊

Ricardo was amazing! I had a severe catastrophe in my truck with pop cans that exploded. There were stains on the headliner, cloth seats and carpeting. It was a true disaster! This was on top of no deep cleaning on the family work truck for years AND I was planning on selling it! The outcome was nothing short of showroom quality! The look and feel made it seem brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the result! And as for value, this kind of work is extremely hard and demanding, especially to get a superior finish, like Ricardo is capable of. He is worth the money! He is also very knowledgeable in materials, such as paint, finishes, plastics, rubber and how to make them look their best and last the longest. I would definitely go back and use his services again and recommend him to all who need a professional detailing on their vehicle. Plus, he’s a super nice and honest guy! Thanks Ricardo!!

If I Could Give More Than 5 Stars, I Would! As a returning service member who just came home from deployment, I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from Ricardo Lopez and BMR Auto Detailing and Coatings. My vehicle had been in storage during my deployment, and it definitely showed - covered in dirt, grime, and had even picked up some unwanted temporary residents! I was honestly worried about the condition, but Ricardo immediately put me at ease with his kindness and professionalism.
