It's does a good job washing, I'm not a big fan of all the beaters beating up my vehicle's, I like the free vacuum and wiping rags when they have them out. The day i was there, only 1 rag was in the bin, and when they came around to put out more of them, they only put 2 in there, but all good i still got to wipe down most of it before it dried. The worst part was when I was wiping my car down, i heard car horns, and when I realized it was the car coming out of the car wash his car died and wasn't getting power to anything inside he was an older man and everyone behind him was blowing their horns to geet him to move he was trying to push it himself but it was a small pickup truck 🛻 and he couldn't get it rolling and I was the only person who run to help him, and I'm no young one but between the 2 of us we got it outta the way and he thanked me for helping, but not a another person or employee come out to help, this man and if a jam up would have happened it would have been there fault because they have 5 people sitting at the entrance they need to watch the outward flow not just taking money that could have been a big problem. That's why I only gave it 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This car wash put huge streaks and gashes into my paint. Also even after a paid car wash vacuums are not free they are an additional $5. Now I’m out hundreds getting my paint corrected. Nope never again.

Hands down THE best car washes I've been to ever. Took my Mustang here and not only are the washes reasonably priced and did not scratch my car, but the vacuums were very strong and not to mention, FREE. I also really appreciate they put out microfiber towels and an air nozzle. This car wash goes above and beyond, 10/10.

Will be coming back for sure! Friendly staff and not only do you get to use the vacuums free with any purchase(yes you must purchase a wash to use the vacuums) they also have microfiber cloths and cleaner at every vacuum station. They definitely stand out compared to other carwashes.

First time trying Blue Roo and I will definitely be using them for all my future car washes! The staff were SO friendly and hardworking. One of the guys was constantly checking the vacuum area to restock the towels and grab the used ones. They all made sure the process was efficient and well ran! The single car wash was $10 which was a great price and the free vacuums were easy to work and so nice that they were included! Highly recommend!!

This place is an absolute rip off. It says free vacuum, but it’s definitely not a free vacuum at all when you pull around the building to try and get to where the vacuums are they charge you five dollars just to vacuum your car even if you don’t get a car wash, it’s still a five dollar charge just to use the vacuum, but the building sign literally says free vacuums on it if it’s not free vacuuming then you need to go ahead and remove that sign Because That is false advertisement when you are not offering free vacuums I will take my business down the road to the car wash that actually offers free vacuums without charging customers. At least their sign is accurate to what they are doing. This poor business definitely does not deserve my money

This car wash after going thru it scratched both sides of my SUV. After emailing what happened they told me that nobody else complained. Also after taking pictures they denied them and told me that their car wash couldn't do that. Please if you need your car wash take it somewhere else. You'll avoid the cost that I had them removed.

I have a membership to Blue Roo, I bought it the day they opened. All of the staff is mostly young but they're incredibly friendly and eager to help and answer any questions you may have. The vacuums are free as long as you wash your car or have a membership!!! The location down the road is the same! You need to be a member. Other popular car washes such as Mike's charge to use their vacuums. Blue Roo has free towels and windshield cleaner, other washes do not. Give them a try. My car is always clean when I leave. Update from previous post: Whichever brand of wax that is used ALWAYS leaves streaks on my windows. It is hard to clean off. The "cleaner" they have DOES NOT clean windows whatsoever. I'm considering cancelling my membership due to these 2 issues. I'm highly unhappy.

It's clean, it's affordable, it's got everything from air compressor you can blow out all the little nukes and crannies in the car before vacuuming, vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle. No stretch the vacuum hose from opposite side. unlimited clean dry towels to use, window cleaner spray at each vacuum, the products they use in the bay on the outside of car are top notch and we always get great results on multiple different vehicles.

TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. This car wash damages cars. I drive a Honda Fit that I bought new in 2018, and last year (2022) it was hit on Easter Sunday, damaging my side mirror on my driver's side. I had the mirror totally replaced, and all was well. My boyfriend drove my car through this car wash a few months ago, no problems. Today, I decided to take it through as a treat, since we bought a membership. The roller pushed my mirror against my car, but the hanging squeegee pushed it back into place, so I thought nothing of it... until the wind tunnel they use to dry vehicles blew the shell off of my mirror. After retrieving it, I filed a complaint with the lovely young woman who works as shift leader, and who was actually the only kind person I talked to throughout this process. Her manager came out, and he was INCREDIBLY condescending and rude. He asked me if I was sure about what happened, because "the wind shouldn't do that," and tried to pin the blame on the body shop that fixed my mirror LAST YEAR. I have not had a problem with this mirror until today, and Blue Roo are refusing to own up to the fact that, according to other reviews, they have a consistent history of damaging cars and shifting the blame. We will be cancelling our membership, and I'll be encouraging our family and friends around Delhi who have memberships to cancel them as well. I am considering contacting my insurance company to figure out next steps. Stay far away from this place, $10 car washes are not worth $400+ to fix your car!!!

Love this business. My first carwash was today and the automated 20 dollar wash was AMAZING!! Highly recommend that one and then the Vacuums are free with any car wash purchase! My car looks amazing and the workers are very friendly snd they take care of any problems. My hose wasn’t working to well and they came right up n fixed it. Also the lots are kept clean and the have clean rags and cleaning solution you can use to detail your car the way you want!!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

the vacuums are only FREE when you pay for a car wash. incredibly misleading signage. employee at the entrance got an attitude when i didn't understand why i would need to pay for “FREE VACUUMS”… was considering being a regular here before this experience, not anymore..

Mid. I used to prefer this car wash, but I got the ultimate last time and was a bit disappointed. The vacuum area was very well maintained with plenty of towels and cleaner. The vacuums work well. I ended up having to clean some of my exterior windows by hand, which I understand happens sometimes. Most disappointing was the tire shine, two small smudges of tire shine on each tire, this wasn't the case in the past, not sure what changed. I'll probably come back for the basic wash, but somewhere else if I want the tire shine too.

Car wash is ok. Car is left very wet after and always need to dry it quite a bit after. My main reason in writing this review is how difficult it is to cancel a monthly membership. I filled out a form in September to cancel. I never received any kind of follow up. The monthly charge showed up again on my credit card. I called and the only option is to leave a voice mail and an AI voice says someone will contact you. No one did. Today, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and called the number again. This time the AI bot said the membership would be cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. Still nothing. Beware signing up for a monthly membership
