For a drive thru car wash this place is pretty good. The vacuum area is super well lit, even at night time. Each station has an air blower and they provide drying towels which is nice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to get a wash here and came out with a flat tire. They tried to tell me that my tire was already flat before I went through their car wash. However, anyone with a brain would know that if my tire was already flat I would not have been able to even drive there! And my tire pressure light wasn't on until I was halfway through their car wash. I talked to the manager Leon and got footage of my car noticeably getting caught on something in their car wash. They told me that they were getting a maintenance person to come out that night which was a Friday and they would contact me the next day. Surprise surprise they never contacted me. I called and left a message and they never called me back. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to pay for a tire replacement that should've been paid by them for causing the flat. NEVER going back here again!

On 8/27/24 i washed my car here and the cloths pulled on my front hood and broke a piece off my hood. The manager called the Owner and the Owner said he is not responsible and he will not provide me with his insurance information. I mentioned give me his insurance so the insurance company can determine and he refused. I would think something like this the Owner would repair what his service broke =(

The first & only time I washed my car here, the machines did a low-quality job. My windshield had so many water marks on it & the distribution of liquids all over appeared very un-even. I returned another time & requested Only to use a vacuum. I was charged $5 by a dishonest employee (short Hispanic male wearing dark clothes & hat) for barely a few minutes. This place is not worth it and there is a Reason it hasn't reached at least 4.5 stars on Google. Avoid this place if you want fair treatment or pricing. They could care less about their customers & many of the other reviews back this up!

I love this spot!!! The water and wash always is just right and never leaves spots behind!!! They are always very attentive, the last time I went the tire shine didn't come out right and they came over and manually did it for me!! I appreciate that they did that for me...also they do their best to give out towels or air freshener along with a shine wipe each visit! I definitely recommend going to this spot for your wash!! Oh also!!! The dryer at the end of the wash always drys my car with minimal wipe down after!! Thanks guy's keep up the good work!!

I would say the overall wash for $12.00 was ok for a suv. It does get the body of the vehicle clean, but the back window still was pretty dirty. I would recommend the lower wash and see how that compares to the 2nd lowest wash ($12.00). I'll have to try it one more time, and see what I truly think. Trust me it looks a lot worse when you looked through the rear view mirror, compared to the outside. You'll see the dirt. Either way give it a try and see what you think.

They trick you into getting the monthly plan and tell you to come on the day of renewal to only know you’re already charged fully for the month. beware Of the Monthly subscription plans its a loophole

I live about 3 blocks from here. Went the first time the other day. I LOVE IT. FREE vacuum to use and unusual LOW PRICES. Not kidding. Prices were very low. I paid $5 for the basic car wash and the outside job was great on my Benz! Prices do go up for premium washes but basic was fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10 STARS

Nothing but troubles with customer service at this car wash. I went in to get my car washed and their washing machine tore off my Dodge 2500 badge and scratched up the right door panel. I noticed it when I got home drove back and talked to Alex and he would mention it to Luis the manager. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. That was two weeks ago Luis still has not talked to me or called me and I’ve been there two more times to talk to him. I have since got the car detailed and Claybar the scratches out I called their number and my automatic payment is still going on without my consent. I finally had to turn to the credit card company to dispute further charges.

CHECK YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS I went to this car wash on September 9th and was aggressively pressured by an employee to sign up for a monthly membership. I said no multiple times, *very clearly*, before he finally let me proceed with a one-time wash. Fast forward to October 20th: I came back for another wash (my first visit since September), and the gate automatically opened as if I had a membership. When I asked the manager to check, he confirmed that I had indeed been enrolled in a membership on September 9th... without my consent. The manager was apologetic, cancelled the membership, and said if I’d been charged he would refund me in cash. He also gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. When I checked my statement, I found two unauthorized $28.99 charges (September 9th and October 9th) from “BLU EXPRESS CAR WASH PLACENTIA CA.” I went back for the refund, but the manager was not there. The employees who helped me were kind, but they could only locate one charge. After calling the manager, he said he’d only refund one month. I showed proof of both charges, and after some back and forth with the manager, he agreed to refund both — but only if I paid for the “free” wash he'd already given me. So now I’ve had to open a fraud dispute with my credit card company to get my full refund. This is extremely disappointing. I had always liked this location, but after being signed up for a membership without permission, and then being given the runaround when trying to resolve it, I won’t be coming back. Be very careful here, and please check your statements!

So clean that my rear wiper completely ripped off . Aug-12-2025: The manager agreed to pay for the parts. So I did, After showed him the receipt. For a moment he asks for some cut back but with some “reasonable”arguments the manager agreed to paid in full…..mostly. “Some conditions may applied…..”

I usually love this place. They always make sure my car is clean and the power of the vacuums are great. Services is fast and they’re always kind. They used to have $8 car washes but they just raised their prices. Will have to go across down to get the $8 car wash :(

Two months ago (9/27/25) I took a friend’s car to get a premium $20 car wash like I normally do on my own car every once in a while. I was given a discounted premium wash for $10 ($19.99 normally) as a “courtesy” by the manager, and given a receipt with info to sign up for a membership “if I wanted to”. I was at no point asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership that day and at no point did I consent to a monthly membership. I simply wanted the $20 wash as normal. However, I looked at my bank statements and noticed I have been automatically charged 39.99 the last 2 months (Oct 28th and Nov 27th) for a premium car wash membership, which isn’t even for my own car. Will be calling my bank and filing a dispute.

Do NOT go to this car wash under any circumstances. My car got scraped all down my passenger side, damaging both doors and my front bumper. The manager denied responsibility, told me to call police. I had to file an insurance claim, and the damages were over $3,000 to get repaired. Do NOT go here unless you want your car to get scraped, and then deal with the manager not assuming responsibility. I get it, I’m sure there are people with fake claims and whatnot, but I have a brand new car that I take care of like a BABY. I know what happened. I also got locked in their bathroom, and their gas pump didn’t work and I had to go inside. Just to add to the mess here. Don’t go not worth it.

The car wash itself is fine but do not sign up for their promotional discounted monthly service. They make it very very hard to cancel and you will see recurring charges. The “manager” is conveniently never there and the other guys allegedly can’t help. And I got charged even after cancelling so I had to go back 3 times to get a refund.

I drive from Tustin for this… I really like this car wash. Why? - The price is right. On the gas and the wash. - The wash system actually does a good job on the car. - Strong vacuums. And two of my absolute favorite things… - Dry towels free for use at each drying stall. - Air compressor. An absolute must to blowout the nooks and crannies inside and out. I give this 5 stars. Will come again.
