I have the Buff n Shine membership. I enjoy the quality of the wash and vacuums. However, employees are not always friendly and their advertising is deceiving. According to what they advertise, I should get all the benefits of an Ultimate Wash, but employee tells me the towels are an extra dollar. If that is the case, then correct your advertisement as soon as possible.

Poor user interface for selecting wash type. The black and white $9 Basic button is at near the bottom of the display and very small compared to the multi-color graphic higher priced options. Pulling into the wash line is easy. There's an employee to help guide you into the chain track that pulls you through wash. Hands off wheel, no brakes. Pretty good wash. The heavy wash mops cover 99.7% almost all of your car. They CAN break off loose parts. The disappointing service is that there is a sign that asks you to finish your vacuuming in 5 minutes. Yeah, right. The vacuums work fine. They also closed more than 1/2 the vacuums about 1/2 hour before closing time, leaving several cars waiting. Bring a couple of drying towels to finish up the wash. The Basic wash came out fine.

I bought the Buff N shine for $20 and they gave me the $14 car wash instead. It shows you on the right side what car wash you are getting before you go in. I think they were doing this because their receipt system happened to not be printing but I took a picture of my receipt. Then I went to vacuum & the vacuums were broken. All that & my car was still dirty lmao. So many other better car washes in the area. Never wasting my time again.

The equipment used gets the car cleaned as if I paid for a hand wash. The $13 is a good deal and you get a towel air freshener and vacuum included but you have to do the vacuuming yourself.

No receipt from the machine when I had to pay, (not the first time by the way), later I asked for it, they seemed upset for the request and never got my receipt for my purchase, they just made me wait for a long time and nothing, lousy customer service.

Good prices, bad service. Their wash knocked my side mirror off. I ask for management and an associate followed me to my car and was trying to just put it back on. We find that the bolt inside was stripped and all we do is tape it up with my tape I have. They gave no word of confidence or anything for what their wash did. Nothing more than what I could do on my own. Will not be coming back. Car owners be wary about taking your car here.

This is a good quick vehicle wash spot. I like the added spray wax and tire shine tunnel for the top end wash pkg. Evertime I've been there it seems to be clean and maintained. I give it a thumbs up 👍🏼.

Love the convenience of this car wash. Depending on the time, it’s fairly quick. I like that am able to give my car a quick vacuum afterward. I did have my front license plate damaged but, guess that’s to be expected at a drive through car wash. Overall, it’s my go to spot.

Went through wash was dirt streaks on hood Managers used excuse was due to truck I have been going there with same truck same setup since opened it is first time this happened New lady manager and worker said it was due to my truck They would not and could not understand I have been a monthly customer since opening Best of luck The manager staff and now email customer support are arguing and denied what I have video of Unbelievable bad customer service by onsite staff and whom ever

First time and last time here. Came in for a car wash and went home with jacked up car. Don’t have picture of the front license plate but that was all bent up and the cover broken off. Yes they do have signs that say they’re not responsible for damage but something off with their machines.

There are several pricing options, but the $25/month option is worth it.Don't you want a perfect car wash?? Then sign up. It's convenient and the facilities are good These days, it's about $30 to go to a hand wash place...

It's a great place to get your car wash on a regular basis. For the standard membership of $29.95 per month, you get up to 20 washes and 1 buff service. The quality of the whole process is far more superior than most places. Afterwards, just pull into the service station in the back to wipe and vacuum. The vacuum is FREE and very powerful. I come 2 to 3 times a week, that just pays for itself.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE IF PLATE IS ONLY ATTACHED ON TOP. It was my first and last time using this wash. I was there on 9/27. I had stopped in on my lunch break. I paid for the wash and polish. I went through both tunnels, and then I headed back to work. Once I got back to work I noticed my front license plate frame was all bent up due to the car wash it was not like that prior to me going into the wash I have already tried to call and I have sent an email to their customer service stating what happened with pictures and receipt. I still have not received an answer. At this point, I just want my money back. I have a 2018 RAV4. I have gone through many car washes before, and this has never happened. I had sent them an email the same day and never received the response back yet for a phone call. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE CAUTION WHEN GOING HERE! Here is proof that I have already sent an email on 9/27 to deaf ears.

These car washes are a hit and miss when you go them, but the best for a quick cleaning. I have to share that buff and shine. Car wash is on the higher end of the competitors in the area. The location is really nice the washes pretty good. They had enough room to have a full wash experience. The drain and vacuum area is nice and maintained and I like the branded air freshener smell definitely a nice touch when it comes with the $14 and probably $20 wash. I think the $20 a little on the high side and I was fine with the $14 wash which seems to be somewhat similar to the $18 and others. I personally wouldn’t pay 20 bucks for an Express wash. I would say the worst thing about this location which doesn’t get it. A four-star is the corner location on a busy intersection, which makes it very difficult to enter the car wash unless you are coming down south on Hacienda rd. to make a right into the wash. They would probably be busier if it was located in a better area. You can’t make a U-turn and they kind of block it so you have to drive up several streets and then turn around on Hacienda in order to enter legally entrance into the car wash.

I went to the La Habra car wash on 7/27 and my right side car mirror broke off while in the wash. Previously my brother took my car to the same wash and the outside covering came off, then when I went in on the 27th the entire piece broke. The wash stopped as I was midway through so I assumed someone saw what happened but the we continued on with the mirror dangling and scratching the car. I got out of the wash and started vacuuming the car and asked one of the employees to come over when I saw someone. He brought out some tape (after I asked for it) and we taped it back up so I could drive home. I asked for a refund for the car wash and he said management wouldn’t allow it after completing the wash. He provided me with an email address to reach out. I sent an email and a follow-up, no one got back to me. It’s been a month so I figured I’d just leave them a review. Awful customer service.

The only reason why I decided to post this, is because management will do their very best to avoid you. And when you finally make a contact with them, they will not take any responsibility... Which by the way, I was okay with that. Just the fact that I had to chase them around by going back, is what got to me. But if you are still in disbelief, read other reviews from here. They will not take any responsibility even if their machine wrecks your car. My truck ended up with a huge scratch. I had a taken it for three quotes to repaint it.. with that,I asked the paint shops if it was the original paint on the vehicle.. and they all said yes. I'm not exactly sure how this can possibly happen, but it did. One of the employees went back inside to review the cameras, just to come back out and confirm it. From there.. he gave me a pamphlet, and told me to reach out to management... Which of course was completely useless.

Had I known about this place sooner I definitely would’ve been taking my car there. It’s convenient, affordable, no waiting, and does an awesome job cleaning and drying. The vacuums are great as well.
