Would give them 0 stars if I could, about 3 months ago I had my truck washed and the machine malfunctioned and damaged the tailgate on my car. Owner refuses to accept responsibility. WASH YOU CAR HERE ARE YOUIR OWN RISK. Equipment is obviously faulty and they refuse to pay for damages. Stay away from this place. Total crook....

Paid for monthly plan. They don’t post their hours. Internet says open at 8am, but I’ve gone by twice in the last 3 weeks and they are not open after 10am. Small businesses can be like this. They decide if/when they will be open if it is convenient and they feel like working. It’s a car wash. Cmon. 10am on a Saturday and you’re closed? I’m an Uber driver. I need a clean car to work. We depend on tips. Nobody is going to tip a dirty ride.

This car wash is hot and cold; sometimes they do the tire shine but yesterday took the cake. My husband asked the attendant at the spray wash about the tire shine and she said to ask, "one of the guys outside", and gave us a towel and several packets of air fresheners. After we went thru the car wash cycle we parked our car and we proceeded to dry our vehicle. An attendant passed by who was emptying the trash cans and I asked him about the tire shine. He stated we needed to make the attendant aware of this before the wash cycle; "I said we did". I told him it's very inconsistent; she said he said. Gabriel then proceeded to rant to my husband and I how busy they are, how they give towels out, how hard everyone works, how much they do for everyone, and on and on. I told him we're paying for this service! I told Gabriel this is not good customer service and again we had to hear his rant. Gabriel did confirm with the female attendant that we did ask for the tire shine; once again we had to hear Gabriel's rant. Needless to say; once our monthly pass is over we're over this place!!!

Half self half help. Upon arrival a person came up to help me. Very nice service man named "Austin" Quick explanation how it work. So i followed and proceeded to the entrance. There you pay in cash but Austin was there to help through the process. $6 , 8 and 12 are the prices. Upon paying you drive through same style as a gas station wash. When you get to the head of the wash another live person instructs what to do if you need. Very Helpful staff! when you done you drive over to the vacuum station. There a live person will help or finish drying any areas need then processes to vacuum the car. They did the mats, wiped the dash and seat , even gave car smell patches.It was a very nice experience! They are currently offering a grand opening monthly rate special. Its $1 , yes One dollar for the first month then $20 each month after. Monthly gets unlimited washes. I would guess service my fluctuate a little based on how busy they are. I was there in the morning on a week day and they had just opened. The vacuum has a disclaim for a 7 min maximum use time but its always on and is complimentary with your car wash.

Good place for a weekly wash. Staff there Is very helpful, they spray wash down the car before entering the full wash which really helps if your car is a bit dusty or have heavy dirt built up. Vacuums are great and the area is nice.

I have the $20/month unlimited car wash plan. Like every other biz during COVID, i think they have had a hard time getting workers. They are supposed to open at 9am but sometimes they are not... no biggie, i just go at a later time. They have 2 types of vacuums which is perfect for the thinner hard to get to areas of the car. I like this place a lot. thx

What an efficient and professional car wash this is! Everything is top notch and I feel like I'm treated like a VIP every time I show up, which is a lot cause I got the monthly package! Totally worth it and everyone who works there is super awesome and friendly. Cheap and with free, top-notch vacuums, WOW!

Under new management! Horrible Management! The only positive difference is they are open early mornings! The wash has always been below average. I always have a filmy residue after my wash and there are usually little specks on my windshield or paint that will not come off after being washed. I have the least expensive membership and apparently you cannot have a decent drying towel if you are not a deluxe member. It is literally CRUSTY! We are still paying customers!!! The customer service is DISGUSTING! The ugliest energy I have felt! Roberto is mean and rude! I have yet to see a smile from any new staff! After 5 years, I will cancel! I would not waste my time here.

Great carwash with a family vibe. The staff are really helpful and talk to you very politely. The wash is quick and the prices are very reasonable. If I lived locally I'd definitely be a member and take advantage of the plans. Prefer this to the much bigger and busier chains. The vacs are very good too with no time limits.

Great carwash place, and great staffs. Two thumbs up. I had a monthly plan, but returned the leased vehicle w/o thinking I should cancel this first. Called in, and it was faster than finger snap, plan was canceled. Many businesses will give you hard time canceling anything, but Lightening Express Wash did not. Definitely coming back with my new car. Thank you guys!!

I wanted to give an opportunity to the place considering location and pricing. But the constant closures and lack of consistency is a dealbreaker. The place opens and closes whenever they feel like it. No respect or care for monthly paying customers. Wash is a lottery too, sometimes is good sometimes there is not difference between a quick and a premium. Bad employee attitude. The only good thing about this place is the vacuums. I’ll be canceling next week. (Sunday April 23rd 10:15 am, sunny day: CLOSED!)

Staff just bugging non white customers to hurry. A white lady who were there for vacuuming when I was in the line for the wash, was still vacummimg her red truck, but the staff had to come to me and asked to leave after 10 minutes of use, while my receipt clearly says I am still within the 10 minute window including the wash time. Bad management

I never give reviews because I don't have the time. But I'm impressed. My wife and I went here because the other Car Wash we normally go to was filled. But I will continue to come here, incredibly how convenient it is. My wife and I paid for the cheapest wash, and the guy came out and personally washed my tires. l He also helped my wife dry her car off because she was struggling with being too short. Then an employee offered to use a fragrance spray to make my car smell better. This is truly a hybrid car wash spot that puts in a little bit more.

Best wash of any drive thru car wash. Plenty of soap got my car very clean. Dryer So powerful there was very little water left to wipe off. Reasonably priced as well. Very pleased!

Hopped in for a quick car wash The female attendant that was working today was actually using the bug spray down device, which most people skip I really appreciate her for that. Sorry I didn’t grab your name. Thank you. Wash was complete great rinse, which is the most important part Vacuum sucked lol like they’re supposed to. They were super powerful to clean things up like it should. quick and easy to get in and out

On March 10, 2024, between 3-4pm, went to the car wash. During the car wash, heard a loud noise. Got out to check and found the wiper is broken. Reported to the staff. Staff found the broken wiper inside the car wash and handed it over to me. Staff mentioned they would report to the owner. Called the owner 2-3 times daily. On March 13, 2024, the rear window broke while driving normally. It is presumed that it broke due to the impact when the wiper broke. Finally able to contacted the owner 5-6 days after the incident. The owner stated they would compensate for the wiper but cannot compensate for the window. The owner mentioned they would check the incident on video and get back, but it's been almost three weeks since then with no follow up. The owner's phone is off. Actually owner is blocking my cellphone, I was able to find out by using calling with another phone and call goes through. Please aware, if there is any damage during the wash, they will block your number and will avoid you. *Please use other carwash places even though they may slightly pricier, because they will probably fix the damages, but not here for sure.

Unfing believable brand new car not even 2 weeks old brought my car to get a wash and their machine left 3 scratches in the top of my car they try to claim that the scratches are their foam soap what a croak of crap. Im disputing my charge this is unbelievable Avoid this place unless you want your paint scratched

Amazing service. i brought my soccer mom van for a wash and also bought the monthly package. its been amazing!!! they also have tire shine for you to put on!! i have brought my other cars here. very friendly. just be mindful when it gets busy. the 10 minute vacuums are “actually 10 minutes” haha ✨
