I paid for the highest quality wash and my truck didn’t even look like it had been washed $22 for nothing. I could’ve done it by myself for cheaper :) the people working there seemed nice at least.

I like this car wash and it always sparkles my car clean. The only thing I do not like is when someone is signing up, they need to pull over to the side.So we don't have to stay in line for ten minutes. They all do this.

I went for the $10 monthly unlimited for the first two months which is the deal they are promoting currently. These guys are friendly and I appreciate the extra hand dry at the exit. Unfortunately, the machines don’t get the bug crap off of my hood and dash. There are lots of crusty spots left. Pretty usual with all automated car washes though. Perhaps I just need to get my car washed more often so they don’t harden into the surface and will do so with this plan. So I will see how that goes.

I hope on my next visit, which will be soon, that I hear from Juan that he was acknowledged by the company, his manager and his peers in a tangible way. Juan made certain to learn my name. When I arrive, he greets me with a smile and addresses me by name despite the tons on cars that roll through here. That shows leadership, attention to detail, pride for where he works and excellent customer service (rare commodity today). Conversely, I don't see the same affect on all of his peers, but their doing their jobs well. Juan, however, is a cut above and deserves a glance for higher training. If not, I know lots of companies that would poach him in a second. I come back here because of him. Y'all know I have many other options. Let's make some noise for Juan!!!!! Eartha Kitt is looking fresh and clean, clean!

I did the 2 months promotion and I renewed it, they charged me extra month for $23 after they charged $115. I called the customer service, they never returned my calls. After a dozen calls, they picked up the call, and told meno refund!!. She was so rude!BEWARE!!!!.My credit card told me that's a FRAUD CHARGE!

I have been coming here since they opened. This current crew doesn’t do anything! I had to ask the kid to renew my car and my wife’s car because the payment y didn’t go thru. He said that he could renew my car but not my wife’s car until I bring it to them for a wash. Then I had to ask the kid to brush my windshield because the past few times they haven’t done that. Lastly, the guy dries my car and goes to sit down and get on his phone! All the while, I go to vacuum my car and am getting crappy suction because most of the nozzles are clogged. Here is a bright idea…. Instead of being on you phone “AT WORK” why don’t you get off your butt and make sure that the customers can decently vacuum out their cars? But I guess not because texting and watching videos are way more important while at work!

BLISS car wash is truly a great spot for a nice and quick wash. The workers there are very quick and efficient with rinsing your car at the start. There’s always enough space for vacuuming which is very helpful for my interior!

I got the 2 month premium promotion and I went once a week. Nearing the end of the 2 months I started to notice my paint had so many swirl marks that it didn’t have before. Also 1/3 times that I would go the tire shine would end up all over my paint and was impossible to get off. It made my car look dirtier than it was when I went in.

What a great little car wash. I highly recommend this place for a quick wash. The machines did a good job and having someone wipe the vehicle down afterwards is a nice addition. I didn't use the vacuums, but there were plenty!
