Customer service was the worse, Employee didn’t even bother to get off this vehicle to help me to see what was wrong, even curse at me and told me i was lying, suggest to look for another car wash!!!

Worst car wash ,foam brush had no foam nobody is ever there to deal with problems, coin Machine took 5 dollars, would rather drive the extra couple miles and go to a much better car wash

It’s a shame I have to write a review of a car wash but here it is because I have learned that your experience here at this car wash depends on the guy taking your money. upon pulling up I asked “Mr. Personality” if he could use a bit xtra rim cleaner as my rims were very dirty. I watched him go around the car but from the amount of time he spent it became obvious he did the exact opposite of what I requested. At the end of the car wash I pulled out and sat there for five minutes waiting on someone to come dry my car like last time. I watched the guys glance back at me but no one made a move toward me so I dryed my own car and pulled off noticing that the rims look just as bad as they did when I pulled in. So I called the number and asked the guy if they dry cars after the wash and Mr. Personality says yes they do but there’s no one there today with a towell to dry cars... I questioned if he used any rim cleaner at all because they look terrible . He said “ Sir you watched me go around your car and your rims look100% better so rather than get into an argument with him I told him I will not be back and have a nice day. I should have gone to Andy’s car wash off of Piscataway across from BK Miller’s where they do an excellent excellent job and where Mr. and Mrs. Dice run an incredible friendly quality operation and no one gets Rims cleaner than Andy’s car wash !

Came to this car wash today none of the car wash pits were taking credit or debit cards I went across the street to get cash from the gas station ATM forgot I had left my cleaning supplies came back thinking it would be there NOPE! Lol of course prolly one of the dirty workers they have there most likely took it I asked he told me someone came and took it well when you saw the person take it why didn't you say "hey this belongs to another customer he will be right back" I come here all the time the self service is great but the customer service is horrible also called and texted the owner Billy terrible know wonder he dirty unprofessional workers. Someone buy this LOT and renovate it immediately!

That homeless looking attendant in the gold truck is absolutely no help... The hoses leak, half of the selections don't work, then to top it off the hose started misting water about 2 minutes in like I'm watering plants. I told the attendant which turned into him thinking I want a free wash... Bruh it's just 3 dollars but I'm not wasting anymore of my money is what I'm thinking... He didn't believe me, checked for himself, looked stupid cause it was actually broken, had a problem with giving me another wash for free when I already paid for one... No wonder why I was the only car on site... Equipment doesn't work, staff is rude, avoid this car wash!!! Drive 15 min up the street to another one, it's worth it trust me!

This place is convenient for what I need but it is ragged like most. I have never seen an attended present. No one ever answers the phone. I don't think I have ever been here when the auto car wash is actually working. I am really upset that they do not answer the phone because I left my *Black duffel bag* at the car wash on Friday 8/2. I didn't realize it until like the Monday after. I went back to see if by a miracle it was still there and it was not. I called the phone number to see if there was a lost and found. No one answered, left a message and no one returned my call. I figure anything left behind is thrown away. It was clearly not trash but I doubt that they check. That or someone picked it up. I come here and will continue to come here only because it is near my house.

I came here after I saw that my normal auto car wash was under repair. I ordered "the works" and got a 4-minute rinse in the automatic washer. It was literally the worst wash I've ever had. The guy that took my money was also very rude. On the positive side, his assistant was very nice.

Usually don’t have a bad experience until today. There was an older man sweeping around and he was very rude. Won’t be coming back. He was also creepy, he blocked me from getting into the drivers seat of my car.

one of the worst places you can go to for a car wash, no soaps were functional it was like sprayed my car with water for 5 dollars. absolute scam some issue after years of going.

Nice spot for Cleaning, Vacuuming car but unfortunately the facilities needs an upgrade and hopefully we can see some improvements soon. With better equipments and better service. So far is reliable but has poor quality But not bad experience.

Typical car wash in the hood. Change machine was broken. Charged me $10 for a 4 minute spray off when I used my card. Customer service is non existent when asking for a refund. Stay away from here

Pretty convenient because you can do all in ones vacuum your ca, wash your car etc the only issue I found is this time I went the water pressure wash to strong so that’s why I give this place a 4 star but besides that all good

Your time is short and you waste at least 30 seconds waiting until the soap, wax or whichever your selection is to come out. Not to mention, it costs $4 to use and when I get the statement from my bank, I’m charged $5! Still have no idea why they are listed as in Waldorf. 🤔

So rude, older gentleman that sweeps or whatever the hell he does, yelled at me & sister for asking a simple question “do you know if this vacuum works?” he starts telling my sister in a sassy tone “put coins in and find out!” “i don’t know i just got here 5 min ago!”(he was there for at least an hour before)”i don’t know why you’re asking me if you already saw somebody use it!” and yeah the vacuum was broken. ate up my sisters coins. also when i didn’t take the disrespect and started yelling back bc he wouldn’t stop yelling in her face, he told me “ill shut up but you shut up first!” so rude, we genuinely didn’t even do anything, just asked a question, not my first time getting into a verbal argument w him either, last time i had the exact same interaction about it eating my coins. He only seems to act this way to women, or young lady’s due to the fact there’s multiple reviews of him being a creep, or rude to them. Never come here!
