I've not been here since spring. The price has gone up a bit. Should be pretty simple, like buying gas for your car. Insert card, select service, the attendant guides you into the rails, and put your vehicle in NEUTRAL! No longer anyone to wipe your windows as you exit the wash. Free vacuum is powerful, towels are small, and empty spray cleaner bottles. Detailing available at additional charge. Change is not always good.

Not clean wash, my windows were the same as it was before the car wash. The vacuums are very slow and have to move the car from one side to another to get the vacuum. They definitely need to remodel and add some new equipments to enhance their business. The location is very good but you expect better in such location. Also the basic wash $7.99 more than any other new car wash locations.

Paid 23 dollars for the brickyard and Xtremme , got no tire shine all Windows and mirror not dried worst car wash ever needs to get shut down immediately armor all deluded Windex deluded and customer service on the low end

I recently moved to TX from another state and I was looking for a good car wash and based on the reviews (including the -ve ones) I decided to take my chances. The place is very good, people there are very professional and helping (especially Michael - who resemble Elon Musk). The vacuum service and the fresh cloths to clean up your car are awesome. Be careful when you vacuum and ensure that no small particle important to you is inside. It is powerful and sucks very quickly. Love this place and took monthly pass so that I can keep my car clean always. Thank you all working there.

I’ve been a member here for several years, and the monthly membership used to be pretty useful. Regular price is $6.99, so if you wash once a week or so, it’s a better deal to have the monthly pass. However..... the place has gone slowly downhill to the point that I’ve stopped renewing as of today. I’m going somewhere else. I’ve visited with the manager a few times, made recommendations, and they just don’t care. The place is nasty. I mean filthy. If you get out of your car to vacuum, your shoes will be so dirty on the bottoms, you don’t want to get back in the car and dirty it up again. There’s trash everywhere, caked up debris, and don’t even think you’d use the restroom! The past several weeks they have closed early, and one day last week the towel-dry employee ran out to put the cone out in front of my car- 15 minutes before closing time- as I was pulling up. When I discussed these things with the manager he just made excuses- they’re understaffed, they don’t have a broom to use to sweep the lot (really?), made no apologies whatsoever and has no intention of cleaning the place up. The wash is barely adequate- you need to run through twice to get a decent wash- I’m sure there is somewhere better than this. I’m not going back.

Detail people need to do better job when wiping down cars after wash. You expect that when you pay 40.00 a month. When they do a better job then I will tip them and please don't stand by my car door expecting that tip.

$23.99 Car still be dirty even after a 2nd wash. Service is slow, sad, and they don’t care. Prepare to be here a while for a very mediocre and overpriced wash.

This is now a carnation if that’s what it’s called. They encourage monthly fee which would be reasonable but my car wasn’t clean. Still had mud on the tires and the tire shine was weak. They provide clothes to clean which is nice but I cancelled the monthly option. May get a better cleaning elsewhere.

I READ SOME REVIEWS ON THIS AND THE BEDFORD LOCATION, CURIOUS IF ANYONE ELSE HAD ANY OF THE SAME PROBLEMS ME AND MY WIFE DID... WELL I SOON SAW THAT EVERYONE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BEDFORD, AND ONE PERSON DESCRIBED THE GRAPEVINE LOCATION AS "NIGHT AND DAY" TO BEDFORD, COULDN'T PUT IT MORE ACCURATELY IF I TRIED!!!! I AM UPLOADING SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE DAY WE TOOK IT TO GRAPEVINE, AND A VIDEO. I'LL POST SOME UP FROM WHEN I GO TO BEDFORD SOON, IT'S SHOCKING WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR AND NOT GETTING AT BEDFORD. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW TILL GOING TO GRAPEVINE THAT THE UNDERCARRIAGE HAS NOT BEEN BEING DONE, AND THE TIRE SHINE SHOULD HAPPEN IN THE CAR WASH, NOT A GUY MANUALLY DOING THEM( THOUGH HE DOES EM GREAT) I'M JUST SAYING IF YOU'RE A MONTHLY CUSTOMER GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH, HECK IF YOU'RE NOT I SUPPOSE EVERY MORE SO, SINCE YOU'RE ONLY GOING ONCE IN A WHILE!!!!!!

Very thorough car wash. I also like that they towel dry your car afterwards. Several free vacuums, sprays, and towels available to clean the inside of your car. Worth the premium.

Car wash tore off roof rail! After running my Explorer through the car wash, an employee brought out my rail from the car wash as I was drying my car. After talking with the onsite manager, I wrote a report and he said the main manager would get back with me that week. After not hearing anything that week, I went back and got the same response from the onsite manager. This went on for 4 weeks and at one point he said corporate would be paying for the damage. Yet another week went by and he then pointed me to the website where I was to put in a complaint... nothing! Beware, they take no responsibility when your car is damaged.

First time there to vacuum my suv not needing a wash and it was free. They have great vacuums and free mat scrubbers, free window cleaner fluid with usable towels. I will for sure be back for the monthly car wash deals. Very impressed that they not trying to nickel and dime you. Best Car Wash I have been to.

I have been using this car wash for years because I like the monthly pass. It's quick and easy. What bothers me is that the car wash does not clean the back of my Jeep. You have to get out and clean/dry it off. The machine just skips right over the back. It's super annoying. They did fix up the facility and the vacuum area, which is nice.

Very friendly staff but the detailing service isn’t worth it: they don’t pay attention to fine details and leave spots unclean (would rate it a 6/10 and could do better myself with an airbrush and cleaning products). The car wash itself and vacuum is nice though!
