I visit the car wash on Sunday 2/6/22 I went inside the car wash to make a payment as the workers vacuum my vehicle. The owner came inside asked who owned the vehicle & stated the window just shattered . I advised when I left my vehicle the window was fine with no cracks or anything video shows worker bouncing on the trunk and then the window cracked. We had to called the police the owner would not take liability. VERY POOR SERVICE never apologized. I will never take my cars back there again I’ve contacted my entire family & my company will not take our vehicles their again. . SERVICES SUCKS!!!!!! I’m also contacted better business bureau & attorney general office & the county executive.

I paid for the super wash which was one step up from the basic, supposed to include cleaning of matts, which they clearly didn’t do. The interior was barely touch as you can see. And my back floors barely got vacuumed. Would not recommend.

So... Only positive from this service is how efficient the work flow is. However, the job done is really poor. No matter what upgrade you request, the wash is really bad, they don't dry it properly leaving water stains, and after the wash you will still see the sponge trace... Just a waste of money. Is easier if you do it a home...

i will never come back here this is the second time i’ve been here and they were lazy with my car wash! i paid $30 for a standard car wash which includes inside and out.. what a waste smh now i have to pay more money to vacuum my car out myself

I expect more for my $$, I was convinced to pay for the $40 wash to clean my mats and more m. The car was wiped down with the same speed and run down as the basic wash and not to mention i had to ask the attendant to wipe down a few more areas on my window they missed and more. Not worth the $$

Service was okay, wasn’t too happy with the results. I had something on my car that was sticky and couldn’t be removed apparently. It was on my trunk, I didn’t notice they didn’t remove it until I got home. I came back and asked what happened they said they couldn’t get it off with the service I ordered. I asked how much to get it off the owner said $40. Nice guy but absurd pricing. Won’t be going back. Inside job was very subpar, too.

i happened to be in the area on Friday and stopped for a car wash. I usually use plaza car wash but I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it there in time. Not exactly sure what i paid for at bmore. My car was not clean when they finished. My wheel wells were dirty, they left half my rear window dirty, and only put tire shine on half my tire (I guess I forgot to pay for the second half). Definitely not happy with this car wash and the prices were not great for the service.

The service was good. The crew was fast and efficient. But I had to clean My car again after they finished, they told me they’ll remove the stains and they didn’t very upsetting waste of money and a waste of time. Not only that my car is still dirty

I agree with the previous reviewer-Judith. My car looked worse when I left than when I brought it in. I talked to the owner-not at all concerned. You can do better elsewhere.

You better off wash your car yourself than go to this useless place. I paid for the most expensive cleaning that they offered. The service is not worth what you pay; not even close. Workers are lazy n rude, my kids washes car better than them. Manager/owner rude n mannerless. Go elsewhere or wash your car yourself. Thank me later

I paid $45.99 for the Ultimate wash today and the job they did was not what I expected. It was supposed to include rubber mat cleaning. I am not sure what they did, because one mat was left on the back seat and not put back on the floor, so maybe it was brushed off, but the other mat in the back had loose dirt on it which indicated it was not moved. They have a mat machine that was not used. There were multiple mud spots on the outside that were not removed. Very poor job on the interior. For that price I would not expect loose leaves to fall out of the driver's door when I went to leave. There are many $50 car wash options so they will not get repeat business unless they step up their game.

I went here to get a hand car wash. I'd parked my car under a tree recently. That was a mistake. Lots of birds used that tree, and hence my car, as a latrine. The B'more Hand Car Wash is staffed by friendly and efficient associates. The system gives you lots of options. I opted for the premium external car wash. I took the magnetic bumper stickers off my car before I went over there. In a short time, my car was looking great. The paint was shiny, and the bird droppings were gone. I highly recommend the B'more Hand Car Wash in Pikesville.

I was In Pikesville for a few meetings and saw this shop. I had just bought this car and needed it cleaned badly so, I stopped in to get it done between meetings. I paid for the $45 package that included everything inside and out. The men looked like they were cleaning my car as several of them were inside it with hoses and towels moving all around. I wish I had check their work before I left but, I had someplace to be so, I handed them a $10 tip said thank you and drove off to get to my meeting. It wasn’t until I was on my way home I discovered they missed large sections of the inside windshield that I specifically asked them to cleaned well because it had a film that was causing a bad glare making it difficult to see out. Then when I arrive home. I live 40+ minutes away from Pikesville. I found they hadn’t cleaned or vacuumed anything inside my car. They even tossed the mats back into rear seat backwards. I have used full service car washes across the US with many vehicles some that were dirtier than this one and have never had any problems. I am beyond unstaffed and if I could get the charges to my card reversed I would. If you are hired to do a job no matter what it is. You should do that job with integrity and how you would want it done for yourself or your family. These men have no respect for the management or owners of this business. I live them in God’s hands for he is righteous and just.
