As a business owner who employs and trains a team of people, I always emphasize one thing: treat every customer with respect. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced at this AutoZone. I came in to make a purchase and asked for a bag. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, and her tone made me feel uncomfortable—almost like she had an issue with me being from another country. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business. If someone on my team treated a customer that way, I would take it seriously, because it affects your reputation and the way people feel about your brand. AutoZone needs to do better. Every customer deserves to be treated kindly and respectfully, no matter who they are.

I preordered a PVC valve online and went to pick up after receiving a ready-for-pickup notification. I was standing in line and the clerk ignored me and started to service people behind me. I left after 15 minutes waiting. Terrible service.
