I visited this store Saturday 8/3 afternoon. When I walked in, there were 2 Employees at the counters.. one was helping a Customer and the other was on the phone. When the Employee on the phone finished his call, he began talking, rather complaining out loud about the incompetence of the person he was speaking to and he seemed to be in a bad mood. When he saw me standing there, he, again, seemingly annoyed asked how he could help me. I explained to him that I was having an issue with my tire pressure, I had Fix-A-Flat explode in my face and eyes and I could really use some assistance or at least would’ve appreciated being pointed in the right direction. The Employee, he could’ve even been a Manager because he was more dressed up than the other one.. basically blew me off. He said I probably used the product wrong, and that the tire pump I used at Stewart’s was probably defective. I asked if they had a pump or if anyone could take a look.. he flat out said no. I’ve been to this location before.. along with others, I know they’re not Mechanics but in the past.. the Employees have at least tried to help. I know everyone has bad days but Customer Service goes a long way and this person should find employment elsewhere if he cannot be bothered to assist a Customer.

I visited this location looking for a portable jump starter battery, which I did find. I was so happy because it was an absolute emergency and I happened to snatch the last one on the shelf. (Sorry, not sorry) The brand is Duralast. It cost $129 but it's a 1000 peak AMP battery which is great for SUVs and trucks or vehicles that are 8V or 12V. The 800 peak AMP will not work if the engine is 8V in my experience. The 800 peak AMP cost $79. The $129 battery also has a USB port along with a high pressure compressor to inflate a tire in case of emergency. I definitely recommend this product!

Shy, the store manager, helped me to test and trial like three sets of rear windshield wiper blades, a very difficult replacement process, and installation, in the cold and hard rain, all for a $14 product, which he then gave me a discount on for no reason whatsoever. We spent easily 20+ minutes on this, and he helped me so much whereas employees from two different stores today just kind of shrugged and sent me on my way. You literally can't imagine better service. Ten stars out of five.

I called about a battery they told me to go to the store and they will install it for free. When i got there and bought the battery they told me to pay for the installation I then had to return the battery and get a refund no one there was helpful and they were very rude. One guys name was christain did not get the others.

The people they have on the night shift have very bad customer service skills and don’t appreciate their jobs. I went here by chance cause of bad traffic and couldn’t get to the other side of the street to go to the Advanced Auto Parts store across the street at the plaza. They are always more helpful and better at their jobs.

I called about a battery that I wanted to buy, but I wanted to be installed. They said OK come they will install for free when I got there. I bought the battery after I purchased it. They told me if I wanted to be installed. I have to pay another $20 so I had to get my money back. Go to advance auto bought it from them. They installed it, freeing with no problem. Tell her name was Christian
