Went in to exchange head lights. Encountered a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE. SHORT with shoulder length hair, glasses, no name tag, refused to give his name. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. The manager came out on her own because she heard how rude this person was being. Not only did she fix the situation she made it so I wasn’t going to complain. UNTIL I went back in the store to take a picture of a product and the same employee started YELLING at me for taking pictures of products when he thought I was taking his picture! I’m calling corporate.

We were here a few weeks ago to get back brakes for our truck and it first we got the wrong brakes because one number was read wrong which was an easy mistake to make But the girl that serviced us and got us the right ones was absolutely amazing and caring and wonderful customer service we live in Lexington and if she worked here anytime we needed something she would be who I would go to The other employees in there were wonderful to help us put our windshield wipers on They are just absolutely great in there I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was wonderful and deserves to be recognized she deserves a raise. They all do absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had that grade of an experience at an AutoZone. So if any of those people read this, thank you so much again you are absolutely wonderful

I forgot the lady's name who helped me but she made my experience a very positive one. Car things can be overwhelming for me, but her assistance made my situation easy to understand. There was also an older gentleman who I guess spends a lot of time there. He was helpful as well. Thanks guys!!

Wouldn’t replace an expensive wind shield wiper that they sold me that broke. Said I broke it so couldn’t replace. Do not buy anything from this joke of a company! Would give them 0 stars if it would!

Both times I've been in this location, the folks who helped me and checked out my order were kind, professional, and informative. This recent trip, a woman with somewhat short hair guided me right to everything I needed, helped me weigh pros and cons, gave tips for installation, and had a friendly chat w/ me as she rang me up. I apologize I forgot to ask her name, but she worked around 3:15pm on Mon Feb 2nd. She has great automotive-centric customer service skills, and I won't hesitate to come back because of that. Please do what you can to keep her around!
