I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could as Mike C went over & beyond with being super helpful & a big help! I was told by the store on N church street that South Church street had the oil cover gasket for my car that I needed. Turned out that neither store had it in stock although the computer was stating that it did. I was beyond frustrated b/c I felt like I was getting the run around. Mike patiently called around to the other store’s until he actually located the one in Graham that had it!!! Go Mike yay :)))) now if that isn’t EXCELLENT Customer Service I don’t know what is!!! He truly made my day a whole lot better by just taking the time to be patient and super helpful but most of all just caring!!! Thank you so much Mike as I was having a really stressful day prior to coming there but your kindness made it a lot better :) !! You Rock!!

Very friendly staff, went to recycle some engine oil and the guy showed me where the tank was. I went to 2 other stores that are not Auto zone and the staff looked at me like: we don't want your used oil. Sadly because they were not busy at all, no customer was being helped at that moment. Thanks Auto zone, I buy on the other stores, but I am going to open my commercial account here as well.

This place is clown shoes. Some nice people, but so many rude, unknowledgeable jerks. Service, parts accuracy, and quality all suffer from what is obviously poor/lack of management. I recommend O'Reilly's

I live around the corner from this auto zone. All I wanted was a car washing kit I showed up at 7:30 and I was the only one here. 2 employees showed up at around 7:50 and then made we wait until 8:15 to come in. Just to tell me that there was a scheduling issue and there was no manager on duty so they couldn’t serve me. As a business man I know things like this cost a company money. You should be better staffed at the South Church st location and or hire more involved and reliable staff members

Had such a wonderful experience today! Came in to get a single headlight for my Honda civic, But Darwin told me about a wonderful deal they had on a twin pack of bulbs for my vehicle. Saved me a few dollars in the long run and has me prepared for the next one to go out.

I stopped here to pick up a couple sets of battery terminal covers. Although the store was nicely organized, they did not have the parts I wanted. That's kind of surprising to me since an auto parts store should have battery terminal covers. Also, the employee, David, decided it would be better to take pictures rather than help me out even after I told him I was trying to locate something. He wanted me to stop so you can take pictures of my service animal and I informed him we weren't out for pictures. I won't return here. Lousy customer service.

Came in today and was greeted by jesse, I was in need a some wipers he looked me up and recommended some icons, said they are really good blades. They had a deal including some glass cleaner even though it was raining jesse offered to install the blades for me! -thank you for have such a good employee!

I came in for a few things and had Em wait on me. She seems disoriented, was not very knowledgeable. She seemed to be lacking in customer service ability and the sense of urgency. In a nut shell I was very dissatisfied with her service. I’ve been in the store before. The rest of the staff, especially Yvette are great. As a matter of fact, Yvette has consistently given me great service and an asset to Auto Zone.

I went this morning and requested a diagnostics test. Me and my husband always go to this location and they always state that their machine is broken or shut down; and send you down to the next location. When I got to the next location they stated that their coworkers at this location always send people there because they are being lazy and don’t want go outside to help customers. Also I feel like because I’m a female of color they didn’t want to help. The guy was very dry and acted like he didn’t want to help service anyone.

Actual angels work here. On hour 11 of our road trip my alternator went out and Chucky went above and beyond to help my husband change it in the parking lot. Got him all the tools he needed, checked on us several times. He was truly the kindest and we appreciated our experience here so much. Thank you for all y’all did to help us!

As a veteran who just moved to NC I was in need of rear brakes and rotors. Coming from FL AAP typical had my vehicle's parts in stock. So I figured the same would be true in NC. I allowed my loyalty to misguided me. After 4 trips to my local AAP and additional trip to a different AAP because the parts was not fitting my the OEM brake assembly; I stopped in to this AutoZone frustrated and deflated. I was greeted by one of the associate and explained my situation. The young man assisted me with a very professional and courteous demeanor. I need to step out for a moment to gather my composer because of the last 2 days of run around I received from AAP. Once I was able to collect myself I entered the store once again and received service from Chucky. I have to assume the other associate gave him a summary of what our interaction and Chucky provided me with a professional, courteous and empathy show of support and assistance. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this location and team's commitment to community support and service. I will use AutoZone as my primary car care and parts store moving forward because of the excellent service Chucky and his team provided me. I appreciate your superior assistance Chucky! The staff have always been very helpful to me and friendly. Wipers, batteries, bulbs they will install for you. Prices are fair. Unless it’s on sale it seems all the automotive stores have about the same prices. They carry lots of items needed for automobiles and can order if they don’t have it. This store is clean.
