They are really slow when it comes to look for a part .I have been waiting for more than an hour and the workers have bad attitude with their clients. They need more training to interact with the customers .

Lazy employee . They will tell you a lies, than actually try to do the work.for example I has my car battery charging . Go picking it up, mike said yeah it full and good so he said , I took it home install it, the battery is doesn't have any juice in it at all shame on you mike. Is supposed to be your job to help the customer man.

Bad attitude female manager. I waited nearly an hour for a check engine light. It literally took 3 minutes to check. Instead they made me wait for an entire battery install. Staff not helpful and snotty as well I'll stick with advanced

Very Very Very poor customer service been waiting in line 10 mins they allowed ppl to come in and skip me as they are looking at me in the line. One guy walked up after me stood to the side and the guy comes out the back and they even take him before me I guess my super powers has kicked in and made me invisible tonight.. Absolutely zero stars but they dnt have that as an option

The store is a great store and the staff is amazing..I went here a couple of weeks ago to get a check engine light.and the guy I think his name was Patrick..he was so polite and knowledgeable.and helpful..and smiling and friendly...Edwin and Micheal have the best customer service there is..this store treated me as if I was family..if I could recommend any AutoZone..it would be this one

Came in to get the rear mounted tail light replacement bulb for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra but they did not have the bulb. They were able to tell me though that there was another AutoZone close by that did have the part. They gave me the exact skew for the part that I needed and I was able to go to another store and find the bulb. The place was well organized and the staff were very friendly.

I was just recently at your location to get a Diagnostics run on my vehicle and I was standing there 5 minutes to the associates get off the phone then I find out that it's the general manager he asked me what could he help me with and then implied that he could not help me and I had to wait for a associate because he was not supposed to go outside because that was not in his job description he implied I told him that that was rude of him to tell a customer to wait for another associate who was helping another customer while he did absolutely nothingto any other customers that's out there please choose another location because Michael the general manager is not willing to help! So then I waited additional 10 minutes for the gentleman to get finish helping and ringing up the customer before he got to me. He was awesome he did listen very well ,he had good customer service ,and he smiled the whole entire time .I think that the store should rethink their general manager for the sake of their customers...

They won't even answer simple questions that you ask. So sad to see customer service in many businesses have been reduced to utter nonsense in 2025
