Disappointing Experience with Fresh VPS (Automotive Butler) I wanted to share my experience with Fresh VPS, also known as Automotive Butler. After seeing great reviews on social media, I decided to surprise my husband with an interior and exterior wash, paying over $400. When we picked up the vehicle, neither the interior nor the exterior had been cleaned. The crew apologized, explaining they had a busy day but only offered a quick towel wipe down. They assured us we could return for a full service, but no manager ever reached out to follow up. I was not happy that day, but felt bad and thought I would give them a second chance. I decided to reach to reschedule, but they denied that we were promised a full service and only offered an exterior wash. We still had dirt on the outside, dirty tires, and uncleaned stains inside. We did receive a service that was worth what we paid. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this business.
