Used to be a great place, when it’s busy, the system messes up and I always get the cheaper car wash, even though I have the monthly for the ultimate. Most the hoses don’t work well, they close at random times (I know they close during bad weather). The tire shine doesn’t even get my tires, they used to give your car a nice scrub before, they now give you one air freshener & on top of it, The constant price increases, & now get less, from when I first signed up years ago.

I brought my truck in and got the most expensive wash. I’ve never been here before, and I had no clue how their drive-through car wash worked. I understand they have a sign that tells you to stay in neutral while I’m the rolling track, but you can’t see it until you’re already on that track, nor did the worker want me to stay in neutral. Thank God, I caught that, or else I could’ve done damage to my truck. When my truck left the car wash, it still had soap residue dirt and grime all over it. Not what I was expecting for a $20 car wash. Would not recommend coming here.

Painless drive thru car wash Free vacums included with wash. Blow dryers at the end of the wash are the best because they get most of the water off not like other car washes.

They used to be really really good and we had a membership. Now they are much quicker and the wash is terrible. The dryer for instance is hardly spot free as you can see from the pic.

Shout out to Tony C and Tony C at the Pyramid location in Sparks. I’m a member here due to how quick and easy the wash is, the complimentary dash wipes to keep the car tidy and for the family plan, since we have numerous vehicles. I was having issues with my family share account and have just been so busy lately, I hadn’t had a chance to go in and have it fixed. I called in, and even though it would have been easier for the team to just say to come in physically to get it situated, they took the time out of their day and fixed it for me. When businesses hire folks that genuinely care about what they do and work to take care of others, they need to work their butts off to keep them at all costs. As from the country, I would put 7 miles of dirt road on my car daily, and it is far and few in-between that it gets a wash. The guys at Surf Thru Express made sure she was back to shining for her city trip. It wasn't quite clean the first wash, but the dryer guy noticed it right away and said, "This car needs to go thru again!" I couldn't tell, as I was sitting in my car (as it is a drive-through). Second time through, and the guy at the prewash station was just as pleasant as could be. She came out shining!!

This place is pretty good. The wash seems to be effective and is not too aggressive like some soft touch washes are. The staff seem to be good. If this place offered microfiber towels that would bring it to a 5 star- which a lot of carwashes where we come from have started to do. I also think there should be a membership discount for having multiple cars. Full price for all cars adds up a lot.

Usually I go to the south Reno location, and I've never had an issue. My car always comes out looking great. I was on this side of town so thought I'd try the new location. Went through once, vacuumed my car and noticed there was a decent size spot on the hood that had been missed. Brought it up with the manager and he was super nice and willing to let me go through again. So I did. Car came out the same. Definitely not worth $14.

Slightly above average price. Free vacuums. Compressed air. Paid car mat wash & dry machine. 06/30/25 Basic wash: $11.00 - Car was clean, drying stage missed a bit of water. The free vacuums are plentiful, the suction is marginally better than a lot of paid vacuums. They also have compressed air in the stalls. Car mat wash and drying machine: $2.00 / 4 minutes - cleaned surprisingly well, the drying stage leaves a bit of water for fabric mats though.

You ever just need a minute alone? I suggest coming here. Once you enter they basically can't see you until you come out the other side. You could do anything in your car. Bring that guy friend that you're secretly into but he has a girlfriend, but you know he's kinda into you too but you know that all your other guy friends are gonna be kinda weirded out if you two ended up together, but you just can't resist the tension any longer so you come here and pay for a car wash and passionately kiss while technically "in public" but there isnt a risk of anyone seeing you and texting his girlfriend and sharing the video on tiktok and it going viral and ruining the vibe in the friend group. Could happen to anybody. 5 stars!

Worst customer service experience ever.I was double charged for a car.Wash and when I pointed it out and asked him to refund it back he.refused to because he was a trainee, and I told him to figure it out. I gave them the information that they needed.And they refused to give me the information for corporate.Even though I called several days later

The last few times I’ve gone to this location, half of the hoses for air and vacuuming have been gone. I pay for a monthly subscription and I think it’s ridiculous they can’t get their stuff together. My husband took hi car through and the person who ‘hides’ you in didn’t even help and the track scratched his rim, and no one took responsibility. This place used to be so good when they first opened. They have really gone down hill. So sad. ☹️

What exactly is the point of the “ one “ person spraying down a small section of one side of the car before the car gets a wash ? Why is it that the pyramid location doesn’t give out scent tabs but the other locations do? I pay for a membership and if the run of the wash doesn’t clean the car , why am I not allowed to go through the system again until the car is clean? Isn’t that the point of a car wash? What’s the point of a membership

This has got to be the WORST drive through car wash!!! $22 for a wash that MISSES 1/4 OF THE OPEN AREAS of my car!!!! The back window? SERIOUSLY!!!? The wiper blade on back window does a BETTER job than this place!!! SO DISAPPOINTED, back to a FULL SERVICE car wash where ALL the outside of car is cleaned!!! 😡😡😡

i got a car wash and i left with my car looking worse than before, this was my first time choosing surf thru and i will not be returning. The vacuum pressure was so low i kept switching spots to later realize they are all low quality ! the photo i left is how my car looked after i went through the wash.

Love this place and their people who work in all locations. They are all really nice and willing to help when you need it. Someone is always available and the place is clean. Trashes are never full or nasty. Great place to wash your car and they have the sir blower as well..
