Water is colder than the air. Auto wash didn’t do it. $9 bucks in quarters and I’m still blasting ice. Go across the the street behind 7-11.

The employee force customers to leave because the automatic machines were too slow. Sat in line for 30+ minutes for the extremely hostile employee forced us out of line. He didn't have a name tag but should definitely consider an employment change. Completely uncalled for!

No pressure . Said I didn't know what I was talking about 20 % of the pressure last week. Said I never scanned my card. Like I'm stupid. Wanted to scan my card again to check the pressure. Idiot. Then when I told him I didn't like that idea told me to leave and n ver come back and chased me with his camera phone. I'm a disabled veteran with veteran plates. No veteran friendly. I'll never come back as you wish.

A year ago, I washed my new truck to remove road grime and salt. The touchless option does a mediocre job, so I selected the works soft touch. There must have been something embedded in the strips because there were several scratches consistent with the swirling motion. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, the car in front of me was having issues. The owner/manager/operator due stopped me, reset the system and reauthorized my wash. It wasn't correct and I mentioned it afterwards. He made excuses about customers not being able to follow instructions and said to see him the time I came in and he would take care of me (instead of just handling it on the spot.) The next day, I took a different car in to get salt and road grime washed off and selected the work soft touch again. Aaaand more scratches. Patronize at your own risk. There's other options. I'm not going back.

It's a car wash so I'm not sure I can be excited folks but it has both soft brush and brushless options for the drive through and they are reasonably priced. They also offer the bays if you want to do your own scrubbing?

The absolute worst car wash in this end of town! All it does is take your money. It can't even wash simple bird poop off of a full size truck. A 6th grade girls soccer team car wash could do a better job.

Our visit was OK. No negative interactions this time. The Wave Car Wash should see all of the comments on FB Spanish Springs community. There are definitely opportunities for improvement. This group reaches a large audience in the Spanish Springs Valley.

8/31 around 7am I used the drive thru car wash and got stuck. The exit door did not open even after using the emergency exit button. Had to back all the way out. Luckily no one was behind me.

Always super clean. They really look after this place. Everything works well, but I would say they are a little over priced for the "Do it yourself" model. Going as fast as I could, it cost me over$12 to rinse, wash with a brush, rinse, and attempt to blow dry an 06' Tundra. The dryer is not a dryer, it's just a highpowered blower, that blows ice-cold air so I during the winter you can bank on the water freezing to your car

Words can't do justice. Nothing was flawed. I've used every car wash in this town and this one by far surpasses the rest of them. Everything works and works well The spot-free rinse is soft water and has plenty of pressure. Plenty of space. Everything here must be perfectly maintained cause this place is perfect. Just can't say enough.

This is going for everybody to see it and pass it on nobody's going to believe it. I always go to wash my truck in there and nothing ever happened every Friday on the middle of the week. This time at 3:00 I went to wash my truck and the rollers is scratch All my truck around it. My new truck the high country Even blue. One of my back windows shutter everywhere water went inside. I got out of there. Can I call the insurance and make the claim right from there for everybody have to be careful or don't go to that place. Eagle canyon and pyramid highway

My card was not working and I had funds in my account. The owner saw i was struggling with the transaction and paid for me to get a free wash. I was really greatful and blessed because this is the only car was place I will go to. Great service and equipment works well.
