Luis from Sierra Auto Spa did an amazing job detailing the interior of my car. The whole process was super easy, he got in contact with me through text and scheduled everything quickly. He showed up to my home and took really good care of my car while I worked. Embarrassingly, one of my friends got wine stains on one of my seats right after the detailing. Luis took care of the entire mess, and even gave me a really great price, even though the mess was totally our fault. Overall, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for detailing after seeing the service provided by Sierra Auto Spa

6.5/10 For the price ($900), I was expecting a lot more attention to detail and service. A day late on time estimated, and my new Model 3 with its white interior now has yellowish water spots and dirty hand marks on the upper panels of the upholstery (could have been removed prior tinting), and dirt and particles on the seats, probably from shoes. After brining it up at delivery, a cleaning was promised this week and there has not been any follow through after 7 days. The sticky, soapy water on the outside was also left running down the doors which could have been rinsed/wiped off, but he said he didn't want to scratch the vehicle by wiping it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I thought they were also in the detailing business. The tint job itself is generally good, and a good product so far. 8 out of 10. Some wrinkles on one section that currently do not smooth out after one week. On the plus side, the car has gotten cooler and that is a plus thanks to the ceramic tint product used. I think the worker is good at tinting and is probably just crunched for time and has a lot of cars to do. I might have referred my friends and family who asked where I took it, but the lack of cleanliness at delivery, the time it took, lack of follow up after payment was made, and the value for the price are why I must say, I'm out.

There was a small part of the tint that I didn’t notice had peeled off and he redid the entire window without hesitation. Honesty wins hands down every time. Luis did a fantastic detail of our 2015 Ford Escape. He came to our house. The interior looks and smells like new! The exterior cleaned up beautifully and the polish is great. They were really nice and easy to work with. They understood what I wanted and were able to install the tint perfectly. So far I haven’t seen and hairs, dust or air bubbles on any of the windows under the tint. I Would recommend them over all the other shops in Reno.

Got my wife’s car windows tinted here. He was fast, had better prices than anyone in Fallon, and he was very nice Ave east to work with. After the tinting he explained everything about the curing process thoroughly, guaranteed his work, and promised me would fix any issues if there were any. I had our truck interior detailed yesterday as a Christmas present for us. Luis did an excellent job and the interior looks like new. He did a great job at a reasonable price. Our truck is just over 6 years old and hadn't ever had a deep cleaning. I have a Golden Retriever service dog 🐕🦺 so, there was a lot of hair to deal with.
