Quick, and friendly. I haven't been to a pull through oil change joint since I lived in the south. Nice place, good guys working. I usually go to a different place in town, but decided to stop here after checking my oil last night to find it a quart low. I was in a rush and they were the nearest to me. While their Valvoline option was more expensive than going to Valvoline, the cost in gas to get to the two good ones decreases that coat difference a bit. They took care of everything including finding out the bad Valvoline by Reno High had over tightened the oil plug. They replaced it with a brand new one and had me out of there quickly with out the 20 upsell questions.

This was the most thorough & best service I've ever had at a quick L.O.F. shop. The crew there, not only changed the oil, oil filter & checked all of the other filters & fluid levels & tire pressure, they EVEN CHECKED THE INTERIOR CABIN FILTER! That's the filter that is behind the glove box. They had to remove the glove box to check & if needed replace the interior cabin filter. Great Prices, Great Service & Helpful & Pleasant Staff! Can't ask for more!

Great service! Fast and did an excellent job. Little pricey for full synthetic but I have no complaints. Drove right up to the bay and they started right away. Was given options for what service I wanted and they did several top offs of other fluids and wiped down parts of the engine that they didn't get dirty. Filled tires. 100 will be back again!

I go here just for the convenience factor. It is pricey as I tend to spend close to $160 but it is fast and convenient. My last few visits, I don't talk to the staff as they aren't the most personable and they seem to look annoyed when they talk to me...maybe it's just me or they are having a bad day....who knows. 🤷🏻♀️

Amazing experience. Pulled in and got helped instantly. They asked me what oil i wanted and as soon as i said i they got to work. While getting my oil changed they also checked my air filter which was very dirty and replaced it very promptly. The whole encounter took maybe 12 minutes. Highly recommend very friendly staff.

At approximately 1400 hours I called to ask for labor price due to me moving and not realizing I threw away my oil catch pan. Also the oil extractor pump I had bought came broken, I got a good reasonable price compared to other oil shop. I adviced the person who answered the phone I was on the way. I arrived within 15 minutes of making the call, upon arrival I was greeted by every team member in shop, they checked air pressure, antifreeze, break fluid and power steering along with changing the oil filter. I just want to say thank you all the team members for the amazing quality of work provided. Made my life super easy and stressful free.

This was definitely the best oil change I’ve had in the Reno area! They are full service - topped off my coolant, checked my air pressure, and even cleaned my windshield while they changed my oil. (update 6-15-24) So not only was I taking my Promaster as seen below here, I was also taking my Honda Civic. I decided to change the oil myself today in the Civic. I discovered some issues with my car today that I am 99% sure was caused by Instant Lube. -I discovered 50% of my skid plate/cover fasteners were missing. There are different styles under there and it was a variety of them missing so I can't blame Honda for a fault fastner design. -Upon dropping the cover, I discovered quite a bit of oil that leaked into the cover. Then I was able to loosen the drain plug bolt by HAND. Yes, the drain plug bolt was HAND TIGHT and oil was dripping around the threads and onto the cover. -I did return to this location and explained what happened and they refunded my $95ish. I did not expect this refund nor did I ask for it. -The manager did say that the lube tech that did the job no longer worked there. I will no longer be going to the shop. Photo is the top side of my skid plate/cover covered in oil _----------------- Thank you for the great experience during the service on my Ram Promaster. Even though I have oil change coupons for Dolan Ram, they told me it would be 2 - 2.5 hours to get this done. Thanks again for providing a service in our neighborhood.

Love going here for oil changes! I always get the basic 5W30 oil for my immortal Toyota and pay $40. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The mechanics thoroughly check on your car to make sure everything is functioning as it should, and make recommendations on maintenance. There's a nice waiting area with refreshments, and a screen with live feed directly from the working area so you can see what they're doing. I appreciate the transparency. Will continue to give this business my patronage!

I was in the parking lot when my battery died suddenly. I was panicked because I didn't know what to do or where to go. Rachel from Instant Lube saw me crying in my car and came over to see if she can help. She pulled me in Bay 2 and checked my battery and told me by batter is 5 years old and completely dead. She walked with me over to O'Reilly's and I was able to purchase a battery which she carried back for me and installed she was very professional and extremely friendly and helpful she checked my fluids while I was waiting and noticed I was low on a couple of fluids so she filled them up for me. Thank you Rachel you're the best
