Last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just assume they had a bad day or were short staffed. But no, this time they did again and even worse. I had to ask what did the interior cleaning consist of because the mats still looked dirty, the inside of the doors were not touched, and these pictures are after I told them to correct what I just mentioned. Take into consideration I paid for the most expensive car wash too. I

Really bad experience just tossed floor mats back in totally soaked. Absolutely rude lead. Kept demanding things. Car inside was not clean at all ask several time for them to redo and they just said that is the service. I paid for most expensive clean and my care looked almost as dirty on the inside as when I got there.

Whoever owns this Autobell should really spend some time there, watching these KIDS. There's zero work ethic at the location. I paid 40.00 for outside and inside. I got home where I could actually inspect my vehicle and was so disappointed. All of the bugs that were on it before were still on it, the windshield still had bugs on it and the inside looked atrocious! You could tell they only vacuumed the drivers side, because the mats on the passengers side hadn't been touched, still dirt and grass in the floor. It's not like they were busy, they just hurried as fast as they could so they could go back to talking and playing around. This was my first and LAST time at this location. I'll spend my money somewhere that I don't have to go back and wipe my own car down, and vacuum. After all of these reviews saying the same things over and over, shows that the owner, probably, in fact does NOT care what these kids are doing. If they continue this way, this location will go out of business, and rightfully so. Money doesn't come easy these days to just be throwing $40 around for a crappy car wash! I learned my lesson!

They got me again. For the third time. I paid $37 for my interior & exterior to be cleaned.. I then went on to tip $10 of my hard earned money. Only to be given back a car I absolutely cannot pick up my client in. When I rushed back to ask them to fix this mess. They'd closed, when according to Google, they're supposed to still be open. 💔 This was supper incompetent and down low of them. Take your car there at your own peril.

Absolutely RUDE employees. Line of vehicles on right stacked all the way to the back of the building. I pulled into the left lane. One off-duty employee detailing his own vehicle instructed me to pull a full size truck in between two other vehicles they were detailing. Basically parallel park between these cars. Which would be fine, but there was NOT enough room to back this battleship of a FULL SIZE truck with big hitch on the back into that spot. Then the lady behind me with a Subaru SUV gets to park in the left. So now I'm on an angle between vehicles with the ass of the truck hanging out into the left lane. A bunch of younger boys cleaning vehicles. One proceeds to take tissues & lenses wipe wrapper from passenger side and chuck it on the ground. Tells me he'll pick it up later. (But literally the trash can is 2-feet away from him!) I'm mad now. Told them why would you let the Subaru SUV park there but not me? As I sat on the benches watching other customers. A gentleman had to vacuum his own minivan because he was not satisfied with how the kid was vacuuming his vehicle. Cute, the employees move all the vehicles forward - completely intentionally close together so I couldn't get out after they were done with the vehicle. Laughing - giggling and having a ball because I was stuck until 2 other vehicles they were still working on were complete. They thought what they did was funny. Not enough room for me to back up, turn and get out. Please tell my why this behavior is acceptable? Thought customer service.

Customer Service was good however, the detailing was horrible. I paid $42 for a carwash ONLY! Once I got home, I was able to review the service and I am not happy. My carpet was vacuumed (barely) in the front but they failed to do the back carpet. I have an extended rubber rug on my back floor and it was not removed to vacuum. They did not detail the console or seats. I walked my dog up the block to kill time after the wash, but for the time allotted to detail the cars, you would think they're ensuring all points met. No! They need to do better.

I don’t think it was worth almost $40 I will be taking my business elsewhere. Wheels could’ve been cleaned better, vacuum could’ve been better, the mats could’ve been washed as well. The window rain/visor fell off as well from the driver side. Be careful taking your car and they weren’t even that busy at night maybe 4 cars
