I can no longer support this place. A loyal customer of 10 years and each time I come gets worst and worst. All their old people left who use to make my car spotless. Today I came and spent an extra 10 dollars for leather polish or whatever .... came out disappointed. They didn't even wash my weather proof mats this time which was the main reason I came.

I brought my car here on my birthday and let them care for it while i shopped at the fabric store next door. When i got back to my car about 45 mins later, sprays and towels were left behind which made me inspect a little more. My passenger seat was exceptionally close to the dashboard. When i tried to move it back, it did not work. I tried several times before calling the employees back over to adjust it. When he approached and i told him the issue, he stated that he thought it was already like that. (He cleaned the floor of the passenger seat so i don’t see why he thought that being that he had to move the seat to clean in front and back). He looked under the seat to see that a water bottle had gotten jammed. He tried to get it out for about 45 mins before anyone else came to assist him . At that time i was very irritated and ready to go. They brought out razors to try and cut the bottle apart (now it’s water under the seat which will smell over time). The manager went to grab who i assume to be an owner and his approach was worse than ever. He never apologized for the inconvenience, but instead asked me “why was the water bottle in the car”! Having water in your car is VERY common these days, but then again IT’S MY CAR! Before i gave the manager Nathan my car to clean, i explained to him that i would put everything that i wanted to be thrown out on the floor. My car was not very dirty AT ALL! Nathan told me several times that he would contact me and let me know when they could arrange to fix my car. While moving things from my backseat to my trunk, Nathan was able to see that both my driver and passenger seat were functioning properly! There was no possibility of the damage happening before i gave them the car. I have a 2 door Mercedes. This will NOT be an easy fix! After visiting Nathan about 4-5 times, he finally told me that the owners are refusing to fix my car, because they issued me a $30 refund for the service (The least that they could do). He stated that that was the companies policy, but couldn’t show me in writing. $30 can not be compared to the price of the damage! I will never go back! I have never been treated this way or been in a situation like this! I wish i could give it ZERO STARS!

I took a classic car there to get a basic hand wash. They exceeded my expectations. They even paid extra attention to some of the tougher areas to clean. I would use them again over the busy car wash across the street.

I’ve been here a number of times... I guess I kept trying to give them one last chance. This last time did it... I’ve left unsatisfied with the service each time, once they neglected to touch the entire top of my car. However, this time was the breaking point for me, one of the workers stole my Fitbit out of my center console. Absolutely unacceptable. I hear great things about Avril’s on Briarcliff and will be taking my service there from now on. In follow up to my last review, the owner himself just called and cussed me out for making him aware that a FitBit was stolen out of my car while in their care. When I mentioned that his service has gone extremely downhill over the years, his response was "you're paying for a $25 car wash, what do you expect?" ... I don't know. Maybe for your employees to keep their hands off of my things and do a decent job washing my car? Don't think that is too much to ask.

Drove up to get a wash.. after waiting for about 5 min, no one greeted me, or asked to service my car. I saw plenty of people sitting down, because their weren’t any cars being serviced. So I drove off, still not being offered service, and went across the way to SOAP were I was greeted and taken good care of! Do better with you service having Competition across the street.

The owner and workers were extremely nice, but my car did not appear to be very clean when I picked it up. The interior of my car is black and unfortunately things stick to it easily, like fuzz and hair. There was still fuzz and hair on the seats when I picked it up, and I had to remove some by hand. The exterior still had some dirty spots on it as well. And my dashboard appeared to be dusty even though I bought the extra "dash detailing" or whatever it was called. I will not be returning, but again, the people were very nice. That's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I would've asked them to do more cleaning before I left, but I was in a hurry...

The website for this establishment indicates that a car wash and interior cleaning is $20 but upon arrival at the site I was told that it's actually $30. When I mentioned it to the guy who checked my car in he brushed it off by saying "our website hasn't been updated" like it was no big deal. Because I was in a rush I decided to get it washed. I subsequently mentioned the misleading website to the guy who took my payment and he also responded as if he couldn't care less with the excuse that "our website hasn't been updated in 4 years" as if that somehow makes the deceptive practice acceptable. As a result of this deception along with the uncaring attitude, I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

The car wash was decent, however this business is a bait and switch. They overcharged me compared to what is posted on their pricing outside the building, and nearly double compared to what is posted on their social media pages. They need to be reported. Obviously I'm not going back, and you should beware.

This is my go to for getting my car washed because they’re professional and usually quick (I normally go early in the morning). I also prefer hand washes and they do an amazing job on getting my car cleaned and vacuuming all of my dogs hair out. I had a scuff mark on one of my side mirrors and went by to have it checked out and they wiped it off for me at no charge. I’m a firm believer in supporting small businesses and this is one of my favorites!

I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the reviews, but they (a guy named Orlando specifically) did a great job. Full disclosure, I went at 10:30 am on a Tuesday so it was pretty empty. I also only had them do the outside, as i had just vacuumed the inside myself. Maybe you get more attention if you don’t go during the busy hours. I’ll have my car cleaned there again.

Bad customer service. The inside area where you pay stinks so bad. Was not greeted as I walked in. On the outside it reads $40 for the super glow and I was charged $12 additional bringing my total to $52 for a car wash which is absurd. Down the street only charges $35. Lesson learned. I let them finish my car because they had already started. But this is my first and last time visiting this location. After paying the initial fee I had nothing to tip the actual workers. Customer service is at is all time low here. Save your money!

⸻ I’m genuinely disappointed. While the service staff have always been kind and professional, the Asian man with 3 strands of hair , who handles payments is consistently rude and dismissive. MI’ve tolerated the attitude out of convenience, but after today, I will not be returning.

Great experience very reasonable pricing. I asked for the Super Glo, which was $5 more for a SUV. Good job, got all the pet hair off the carpet, and dog drool from the windows. I would recommend to anyone, was there during off hours so they were very prompt.
