I can no longer support this place. A loyal customer of 10 years and each time I come gets worst and worst. All their old people left who use to make my car spotless. Today I came and spent an extra 10 dollars for leather polish or whatever .... came out disappointed. They didn't even wash my weather proof mats this time which was the main reason I came.

I brought my car here on my birthday and let them care for it while i shopped at the fabric store next door. When i got back to my car about 45 mins later, sprays and towels were left behind which made me inspect a little more. My passenger seat was exceptionally close to the dashboard. When i tried to move it back, it did not work. I tried several times before calling the employees back over to adjust it. When he approached and i told him the issue, he stated that he thought it was already like that. (He cleaned the floor of the passenger seat so i don’t see why he thought that being that he had to move the seat to clean in front and back). He looked under the seat to see that a water bottle had gotten jammed. He tried to get it out for about 45 mins before anyone else came to assist him . At that time i was very irritated and ready to go. They brought out razors to try and cut the bottle apart (now it’s water under the seat which will smell over time). The manager went to grab who i assume to be an owner and his approach was worse than ever. He never apologized for the inconvenience, but instead asked me “why was the water bottle in the car”! Having water in your car is VERY common these days, but then again IT’S MY CAR! Before i gave the manager Nathan my car to clean, i explained to him that i would put everything that i wanted to be thrown out on the floor. My car was not very dirty AT ALL! Nathan told me several times that he would contact me and let me know when they could arrange to fix my car. While moving things from my backseat to my trunk, Nathan was able to see that both my driver and passenger seat were functioning properly! There was no possibility of the damage happening before i gave them the car. I have a 2 door Mercedes. This will NOT be an easy fix! After visiting Nathan about 4-5 times, he finally told me that the owners are refusing to fix my car, because they issued me a $30 refund for the service (The least that they could do). He stated that that was the companies policy, but couldn’t show me in writing. $30 can not be compared to the price of the damage! I will never go back! I have never been treated this way or been in a situation like this! I wish i could give it ZERO STARS!
