Great results! I did the $25 wash and my car has never looked better. The tunnel wash was very thorough and it also didn’t feel like it was beating my car up. The vacuums were working properly and I appreciated both vacuum heads. The attachment for small spaces was great to get those hard to reach spots! The property was clean and neat. They even offer a pet wash! I will definitely come back.

Awful!! Do not come here. We came to wash our dog in the pet wash ,One the temp in the room was freezing, two when I turned on the water was freezing for my dog my dog was literally freezing and shivering from how cold the water was i am very upset. My dog should not be treated like this.awful do not ever come here for the pet wash unless you want your dog to leave shivering and cold . Very disappointed

Excellent excellent excellent Bruce scrubbed the front of my car and the windshield and was very personable and communicative and then as I was vacuuming I met Marvin they are both running this place like they own it and they are assets to the company this is probably the nicest car wash I've ever been to of this type. I went through the tunnel because I like to get the car completely scrubbed then I came to the vacuums. They also have quarter car wash and a touch-free. The owner spent a lot of money on this facility and it shows. I do like that they pay the employees well to keep them around because they are very nice speak English very well and are very personable. This is the cleanest and the best rinse I've ever had on my car no soap studs left keep up the good work I hope that 10 years later it's still running tip top.

Vacuums and self serve bays are a plus but when I choose to have a touch free wash and what I get is a dirty car and damage to my vehicle...I wouldn't recommend. This is directly after exiting the wash. I was prompted to stop and park in the wash between the reflective markers. Once it started my whole car was jostled because the arm dispensing product had scrapped against my left rear end. Not once...but twice so at which point I inched further up. Didn't ever hit the opposite side so I'm assuming it's a mechanical error. Tried calling twice no answer... Not happy.

Took my car there and paid 10 bucks for a single time wash. Left with damage to my car and there office refused to even acknowledge that it is even a possibility that they could cause damage and paint to be removed. Blamed rocks when there is no dent or other indicators of damage and the damage is missing paint that could only be caused by them as it was 20 min from payment to home and there is no rock paths or other debris in the path that I drove. Poor service and horrendous ethics. I strongly recommend no one use this company again.

I live in Clinton, but If I am ever in the Davenport area, I will always stop here. It is one of the best car wash places in the area. No one else compares. Great staff and always friendly. I always offer them a tip when pulling through.

Summary: I DO NOT recommend that you go here. Shop elsewhere. I've had a wash tunnel membership since September of '24, and I've quite a few issues. A lot of them minor, but they've kind of built up in that time. First, the wash tunnel tends to blow mud onto your car from the blowers. This tends to be more of a morning problem, I usually stroll through right around when they open. This has been a fairly consistent problem, attached are photos of the first time it happened, which was the worst, and today, many occurrences later. The shammy at the end of the tunnel tends to smear it, but it luckily wipes off. But that doesn't matter if they don't have towels. Like this morning, for example. I rolled up around 7:10, and the cones were still blocking the tunnel entrance, the vacuums were still off and open, and the machines you buy the washes from were still shut down. They're supposed to be open from 7am to 7pm according to their site. Its somewhat frustrating that I get here when they are supposed to be open, and they aren't ready to run my car through. Yesterday was a similar scenario with the tunnel being shut when I showed up, but someone was working on it. They ended up opening before I was about to head out, and I ran my car through. Mud all over. They only gave me one towel when I requested two, I typically just deal with it. Receiving only one towel when I ask for 2 or 3 is fairly normal occurrence, 50% chance. One towel wasn't enough to get it all, and I was left with a hazy film on my windows. That was cool. The tunnel also doesn't adequately clean my rocker panels, pictures attached. This is another reason I would wipe down my car, wiping the rockers at the absolute minimum. Can't do that without any towels. Shouldn't have to do it regardless. I'm willing to look past a lot, my car looks awesome once I've wiped it down, but things have just added up. I pay almost $50 a month for this membership, and I am likely going to start shopping around for a different one. The combination of the constant mud, constantly poor job of cleaning my rockers, often not getting the towels I request, and them often not being open at 7 like they should be leads me to recommend you DO NOT here. There's just too many issues.

I used a free car wash for a Platinum Wash for the Elmore location in Davenport, Iowa. The location is huge. Tons of variety for the car owner. There’s of course the vacuums for free, but then there is not only self washes, which I’ve never seen at a tunnel wash service location before, but then there is bays for spray washes and soft wash selections. Then of course there’s the members only area, and the line that separate to go through and pay for your different selections of washes. There was an attendant that was super helpful that assisted me with my free wash barcode and off I went to proceed into the bay. When the bay doors opened, not one, but 3 wash attendants started on my car. One spraying it down and two scrubbing it. The best feature I liked, the track system. It’s a solid track. Not like others that you have to have to make sure your wheels are exactly inside the track/ wheel base system and if you aren’t you can feel it throw your vehicles wheelbase/ alignment all over. The Platinum wash literally didn’t miss anything on my car and it hadn’t been washed for 3 weeks because of all the snow and plowing. Afterwards the towels were stocked full, and the vacuums had perfect suction power. Great staff, great car wash. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I loved this car wash when I lived there. Quick, easy and cleaned my car well. Why the one star? Well. I moved out of state in October and canceled my membership. It is now January 2026 and I am still getting charged. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company with zero follow up. Update: they immediately reached out and have rectified the situation and refunded me. It sucks it took this to get it resolved, but I am very appreciative of the resolution-on a holiday nonetheless- and if I am ever back in the area, will use again. Thank you Derek!

The car wash itself we like a lot, so we decided to try the dog wash the other day and were left disappointed. We have a large black lab mix. Getting her into the tub was easy due to the ramp, so that was a bonus. The water pressure was very weak and ice cold. Unfortunately, it’s winter so that wasn’t a great idea. Every once in a while we’d get a smidge of warm water but not enough to keep her from shivering. Due to her coat and the soap, we had to work at it to get all the soap removed. We brought our own dog wash so I am unable to give insight on that portion, but it is an option. The dryer was really weak as well and really did not help much. The paper towel dispenser was empty and there were no tools for us to clean up our mess when we were done, such as a broom or a squeegee. All in all, we will continue using the car wash portion and look elsewhere for the dog wash.

After further investigation, I was contacted by the car wash people. It looks like my peace was fine when the car came out of the car wash still not sure how something like this would’ve happened anywhere else, but they were very pleasant to work with very easy to work with and so I’m gonna update this review. Do not go there I was there last Wednesday, October 8 got the best wash plus the add-on for three dollars cost me $23 went through the wash just to find that their heater that dried your car melted the plastic on the passenger side of my vehicle. My husband had hip surgery the next day so I didn’t notice it until I came home that night and I doubt they’re gonna cover it so now I’ve gotta replace that part on my car. Do not go there.
