Been coming here for years with no issues. But once they hired their current employees, they are rude, disrespectful, slamming those huge scrub brushes on my car and still leave streaks everywhere on my car after the wash. Come to this car wash at your own risk.

Decent car wash. I did the basic wash and I was happy with the outside, I finished some detailing with the free towels they provide. It’s nice to have the unlimited vacuum time. I did not face an issue when I came. Oh and fyi the roof was not cleaned, but I wasn’t expecting it to be.

This is the worst place you can take the vehicle, the machines are old, the service is horrible, the supposed administrator is a person who does not solve anything. They damaged my car and there was no one to respond

I went to this car wash last week and my antenna cover was snapped off. I have been to this wash a few times, in this same vehicle, and this has never happened. When I realized what happened after the wash, the manager on duty “Amir” stated “yeah, I saw that it looked loose and said “this is going to come off.”” He did not notify me before the start of the wash, as I would have backed out and forfeited the money I paid for the wash. Then when I asked to file an incident report, he was very callous and stated “there’s signs posted everywhere saying we are not liable. But I mean you can call the police and file a report.” Then he walked off and ignored me the rest of the time I was there. I spoke with the other gentleman who was working (at least he was cordial) who stated the owner’s nationality and that they would not do anything. Then reiterated that the car wash is not liable. He also told me I could call the local police and file a report and then said “they gonna take a long time to get here.” So word to the wise-don’t go here to get your car washed unless you want to be told to superglue your antenna cover back on with glue from O’Reillys and brushed off like it’s your fault their car wash is aggressive. Be mindful of what’s on your vehicle and what it looks like pre-wash. Had this been handled more kindly, I might would come back. Never again though.

I hate being this person, but this was absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever used. These are the results of the top level $19 Lava Shield wash. The two associates working there did not prescrub my car, which confused me, as the buckets of soap and water were present on both sides. Inside the tunnel, soap and water were sprayed along the sides, but the spinning brush did not touch the passenger side of my car. It seemed to just spin in place, without coming closer to make contact with my vehicle. Once I saw the results of the wash, I politely went up the office and let the associates know that my car was still dirty and asked if I could go through the wash again. The employees were very rude and denied that request. I told them that the passenger side of my car was not scrubbed, so one of them rolled his eyes said he would “check the cameras”. He went back in the office, and when he emerged, said that the sides were cleaned per the usual standards. At this point I asked if they would come look at my car and they said that there was “no point” since they wouldn’t allow another pass through the wash or give me a credit to come back. Hope this is helpful, because they sure weren’t.

Do not recommend. I bought their $25 carwash service which apparently included a tire cleaning, waxing and idk what else. When I was done with their car wash the rinse and air blower didn't work well! I still had red liquid all over the car, tires were still dirty, their vacuum suction was very very weak and they had no towels to wipe it all down. I went to Caliber Car Wash to get all the vacuuming and wiping down and other free amenities.

I used to love this car wash but recently, the track that the car goes through the wash out started displacing my car out of the guide bars thus leading to chipping in my rims. I know for a fact that this wash did this because I care for my well and you can tell the chips are fresh. I notice any new marks on my car. Pretty disappointed because this had good quality and value wash. I attached pics for your review.

The worst place to wash your car. They damaged my wheel rim and didn’t even take responsibility. The washing machine is extremely old. While my car was passing through, there was a strange noise. The manager yelled at me, claiming my car wasn't in neutral, but that wasn't true. He checked and still let my car go through, even though something was clearly wrong. When it was done, I saw my wheel rim completely damaged. The staff is rude, and the machines are outdated. My car didn’t even come out clean, but it did come out damaged. I didn’t check the reviews first, or I would have never gone to this place.

This is a decent carwash that has reasonable prices. I’ve been going to it for years because it’s very convenient but you can tell it really has some wear and tear on the facility. The wash is okay but as many have indicated the vacuums are pretty bad - not much suction at all. The guys who scrub your car are nice, give good direction getting into the tunnel and do a decent job of scrubbing things. I also like that they always have plenty of clean towels to wipe your car down after it goes through wash. While the vacuums aren’t great they are well organized and you have plenty of room to work. For $12 and about 20 minutes I have a clean car that with a little bit of my own elbow grease looks great and is a very reasonable price.

Checking reviews matter, I wish I had checked these. As many have mentioned in other reviews the facilities are a major liability. My car was damaged going through the wash, never had an issue at other car washes, first time here my antenna cover was broken. I will not be back, I do not recommend, literally anywhere else has to be better than here. Plus my car isn't even clean, and now I need a repair. TERRIBLE!

I had just paid $29.99 at the Decatur location for a monthly wash and I was told I could use it at other locations in the Atlanta area.. when I tried to use it at this location 3 days later the manager said I couldn't. I told him I would switch it over to his location if he would give me a courtesy wash but he refused to do the right thing and give me a wash and definitely lost my business. I would not recommend his service or car wash to anyone. He had very horrible customer service and was getting an attitude and loud around all his customers. Very unprofessional. All he had to do was give me a simple courtesy wash and he would have had my business. With that type of poor service and attitude, he won't last long in business.

Horrible . Was elated to find a car wash that wasn’t 30$ closer to my current location…. Got the 13$ wash … bugs and dirt still on every side of the car under “the shine” . Guy splashed water all over my car before sending me in. I think he actually scrubbed for 5 seconds before the wash began . Vaccum is minimum 10 minutes which is fine …. Until it takes you double the amount of time to vacuum when the vacuum is broken.. just about every service is an extra cost …. Waste of money and TIME.
