One of the check out clerks said in Spanish a very rude comment. I know Spanish but I do not look like it. Either way you do not treat customers that way. Very disappointed. Will find out her name and post it later. It is not okay.

Thank for the the gas truck driver filling up the gas container at the gas station, for helping me with my flat tire and referring me to America's Tire Co. where they checked my tire and fixed the leak caused by a screw for FREE.

I have mobility issues. The cards never work. I always have to walk in with my walker, tired. I called for assistance and no one answered the pump. I called the store and no one answered.

Super clean and convenient everything I needed was right there very polite helpers and good prices on gasoline and I'll tell you it is super nice to have cold ice cream right there in the middle of that hot desert the store must have been 72° which cost a fortune I realize but thank God they put did that thank you ampm

The employees are doing some kind of scam to get customers money from them.. I went in to cash in my scratch off tickets a total.winning of $32⁰⁰. I wanted To use the $32 I won on the tickets to pay for my next purchase which was 3 $5 scratchers plus another 3 $5 graduates plus $15 on gas the total came to $42 I ask for the receipt and on the receipt it showed that she had credited me $3 toward the money that I want off the scratchers and I paid cash out of my own pocket for the rest of the Transaction. then took the receipt to the where my car was parked and I went over the totals and had discovered that they had got me for $30 so I went back in there and they gave me my $30 in cash and told me that she was sorry. This isn't the 1st time that I have noticed that the charges were extremely high and not what they would usually be during transactions this however would be the only time that I was able to catch it before it was too late. Please be aware of what is going on with the cash register workers when you are at this particular ampm making your purchases whether it's with a card cash or using scratches for credit they will get you any way they can.

Stopped by to fill up and pick up some ice @10:45 on Sunday 8/11. Went into then store and stood in line to make a purchase… and stood in line.. the line builds behind me… the one clerk/cashier is deeply engaged in a conversation with a friend and has no intention of stopping… so, we wait… and wait… she keeps talking to her friend though there’s obviously a line of customers… but nothing’s going to drag that clerk away from her friend and back to work. I left without making a purchase. This AM PM in Indio for you.

From outside looks like a nice place to stop and fuel up. Looks are deceiving. Inside store looks good until you have to use the bathrooms which are just disgusting. Have not been cleaned in a day or two. Another unpleasant experience is that Arco does not take credit cards at the pump (unless you paid .30 cents to charge). This is my second experience using Arco and will not be using Arco again in California. Additionally, the pumps are antiquated.
