Napa offered me a 3 year warranty with my AC compressor if i included the lines and acumalator filter, CAR QUEST OFFERED A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MY COMPRESSOR with the same purchace. I am now a CAR QUEST CUSTOMER.

Great shop, helpful people. My only advise is that they should stick to selling AUTO PARTS only and stay away from trying to sell MOTORCYCLE or ATV parts as they have No Clue on these items.

I was broke down on the side of the road, visited once and the service was good, came back an hour later... at around noon, and they had a handwritten sign on the door saying temporarily closed. I went to the Napa nearby, got 4 of the 6 parts I needed, and came back to Carquest, by that time the employee was outside, I pleaded asking for help, told them my family was stranded, he said he already closed the register.... at noon, and he left. Thanks for nothing!

I just recently started using Carquest. And I've found them to be awesome and my new go to auto shop. The first time was buying paint for my vehicle. Jack is a wealth of information about paints. He explained everything and gave suggestions on the least expensive way to go. The second time was when I stripped my oil pan drain plug. Other auto shops needed to "special order" it. But when I called Carquest, they had 11 in stock!! (I only needed one though 😂) If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 🤗

Very Bad Experience, this Person Humberto that was there at the counter asked how he could help me and as I asked for part numbers to gather the money to order parts. He started to rush me and to me. That he had more customers in line as if I wasnt goinv to get anything from the store. So at this point I dont wany to get anything from this store. Bad Customer Service. Thank you but no Thank you

Never been here and had a good experience the staff is super rude and unprofessional never again it's not the only store there is 10 others. To be more specific I delt with Umberto and never again going to buy or go to this part store. 👎 never again.
