I am over the moon happy today. I found a tree that I’ve been looking to add to my backyard while on vacation. Michael helped me get it all the way in my car. He saw me struggling with the tree leaving your store and asked me if I needed help. He got a bag big enough to put the pot in so that the dirt doesn’t spill in my car. He put the tree all the way in my car so that I’d be able to drive an hour away. Michael is a gem!!!!! Thanks again Michael you made my day!!!!!!

Took forever to get assistance with cutting lumber. Approximately an hour. I've asked the front cashier multiple times, and he did help announce it in the microphone, but apparently, no one answered the announcement.

Horrible service. No one wants to help load, customer saw me waiting for help to load the drywall and decided to help. Home Depot staff where to busy talk at the pro desk. At less 4 employees standing there but none wanted to help.

I came into home depot and went right to flooring. I got to say Elle Torres who works in flooring knows her stuff, she is excellent service and very kind. Home Depot be proud of your excellent staff who work hard. Elle Torres is one who makes the department run efficiently.

I would have given 5 stars if I was leaving a review for the very helpful man in the paint department but unfortunately this is for checkout. Mostly self check out, which is ridiculous, lacks any form of customer service. I scanned everything but when I went to pay, it would not take my credit card. I look up to get help and there are 3, yes three associates in a huddle BS-ing. I stand there and finally one looks over my way, says something under her breath and then headed over to help me. She literally put my card in the credit card in the machine and bent the card up to get the card to read. Now, that tells me they know there’s a problem with the machine. It’s great that you went to self serve, not really, but did you mean to also get rid of customer service? I’ve spent thousands upon thousands at Home Depot and I’m disappointed in the lack of concern.

Went to rental department for cooling fan. First was given different rental than originally requested and was told I would get, after this I had been told by rental desk I had until 7PM to return the rental of the following day. At time of return today I was told I would need to pay additional surprise charges and that I was given false information. I was made aware by front desk staff that the rental would be needed next week and they asked if I would need any extra days now until it is needed. I said no but was still charged extra. Spoke with manager for refund and was denied. Very poor customer service as rental didnt have another reservation anyway and I was given information from a different employee that what I did was in-line for standard practice.

Imma be real I don't actually shop here, but 5 stars because their Wi-Fi somehow reaches all the way to Burlington, and Burlington's Wi-Fi I can't even pick up when I'm parked right in front of it. Burlington must have their router encased in lead in their basement, entombed in some heavily fortified abyss down there where you have to make a ritualistic sacrifice to even use it, that's if you even get it to load the page with the Terms of Service. Or maybe they just have dial-up. Idk. 10/10 for the good Wi-Fi: That's the power of Home Depot.

I attempted to do a propane exchange but ended up waiting over 25 minutes (they called someone over the PA twice) before asking for a refund and going elsewhere.

It's getting harser and harder to find the things I need at Home Depot, even things Ibysed to get there. Very frustrating. Any HD shareholders would be advised to dump their stock now, for sure. They are in trouble! Every store, from what I see...

As I stood in the aisle trying to figure out which part I part I needed, there was an orange vested employee probably 10 feet away. She never asked if I needed help. That was Day 1. Day 2, I had to get a different orange vest to come back down off her ladder platform after she had helped someone else, then gone back up instead of asking if I needed help. But she had no clue if the part I presented to her would be a sufficient replacement for original that I also presented her. She also said there was nobody else in the store that could answer that question for me! I could understand her not knowing, but that nobody else in the store would know is insane! Day 3: This was a more positive experience. An orange vest actually did ask if I needed assistance AND was able to more than adequately answer my questions. Based on his assistance, I was able to make my decision. Once I have the supplies, I am more than capable of doing my own home improvements. Sometimes, I have to verify compatibility, though. And on Days 1 and 2, the orange vests didn't even try.

12:30 pm today. Went in to buy grass seed. 2 cashiers working the garden department. Checking out, the 1 male cashier was helping someone so I went to the female cashier. She was on her phone and when I said hi, she looked annoyed that I had interrupted her phone time. She was kurt when asking of I was paying with cash or a card. She never said Thank you for Shopping, She never said anything the whole time. Very rude service from a Company trying to win back repeat customers. I'm giving this visit one star due to the poor customer service.

Went in last week to look for things to remodel my bedroom I didn’t find what I was looking for on my own. Thankfully an employee by the name of jj walked me to the aisle and asked questions to specify what I needed even offered to take my things to my car.

Been a customer of this Home Depot for years and have always had a positive experience. The location has a wide variety of items and generally is well stocked. They offer tool and teuck rental which has been a help to me in the past. They used to offer classes on weekends for both adults and kids for free which were informative and fun. My only negative comment is often times it does take a while to find someone that can assist you but when you do they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Trying to get a paint sample booklet. (Which any other home depot hands out to contractors) indio refused. said thise were for color matches. And if I needed samples to get them off the wall. Went to La Quinta. Got 1 with zero effort. (Client was happy to recieve to discuss colors with his family) Did pick up a gallon of paint. Asked for it to be shaken. Was told they just did it. So there was no need to do it again. (It was not!) The lack of effort from the paint crew is amazing. Will never shop there again. Goto la quinta if you need anything. The extra 5 miles is worth it!

As I walked through the garden center I noticed that there was a couple of ladies having to load their cart with 50 pound bags of sand. I gave them a hand placing a bag on their cart which was already filled with other bags of sand. They said they said thank you, you’re more helpful than the Home Depot employees. I Realize that yes the employees may have been busy helping others. But customers should not have to climb the shelves to get what they need.
