First time here. Car looked ok. Some spots still dirty. But upon further inspection my little jar of sand that had been gifted by someone special was pretty much empty. No apologies or anything said about it, I had to find it out when I got home and looked for it

When I worked at the City of Coachella, this was the go to for taking in fleet vehicles. The staff here are hard workers. Today I decided t9 bring my personal vehicle and the service was still as good as I recalled from back in the day. I only wish they would take the time to spruce up the bathroom and the patio.

I hadn’t came here in years and I finally went today and the person who “detailed” my car from the inside and outside was either blind or didn’t feel like being at work today because the inside of my vehicle still had coffee spills, still left my trash in the car, still sticky on some parts of my screen and my seat still had stains that could have been removed. I paid 45 for my service and I even tipped him, which now I wish I hadn’t. Do better ! I

Went for a car wash and strongly express to them that my car Windows needed cleaning. The attendant clearly understood what I said so he not to worry "jefe".....I tipped him well because I new the windows needed attention.... when I was driving home I looked at my mirror to the rear in order to make a lane change and saw the rear window just smeared and not cleaned. Terrible, terrible job....
