Yo no es tan malo el café fresco todo el tiempo hay que tener un poco de paciencia con los trabajadores de la tienda se tardan demasiado tiempo para limpiar los baños hey tomos alcancé a tomarle una fotografía de un cliente que casi se hace del baño en la puerta por qué la persona que estaba limpiando el baño se tardan demasiado haciendo los baños no es recomendable utilizar los baños estoy en casa no me emergencia que venir preparado para durar mucho tiempo esperando el lugar es accesible está auto son está una si viene sin una Walgreens cerca de educación es muy buena recomendable De la gasolina es muy bueno a comparación de muchas gasolinerías alrededor muy recomendable gracias

Bathrooms were not clean and no credit card purchasing was not available, only debit and cash. With a debit transaction they were charging an additional transaction charge, which makes no since for debit transactions.

Staff member was very rude i informed him that soda machine was leaking and he just stared at me ignoring what i said then when i went to pay automatically kept my change i had to ask him to give me my change which he seamed upset buy worst customer service i have ever seen in this location.

The pumps never work at this gas station, it's so irritating. They have these ridiculous screens at the pump to make you watch advertisments and it seems to cause issues with the payment system at the pump, it's the most annoying thing these gas stations have done. I'm done spending my money here. I've left this gas station too many times without even being able to get gas!

Very good location. During the "season" there are many nice customers from out of town that have better social skills, then most of the local residents. For whatever reason, people that drive more expensive vehicles aren't from Indio and have much better manners. The car wash is very shacky, seems quality control or the ability to maintain equipment is very inconsistent. Several vacuum hoses are inoperative on an on going bases, sun coverings were chosen poorly and look shabby or gone. Sometimes the staff pre wash the car unless they look tired, but who knows what level of expectation ARCO managers are capable to provide for customer service levels in this area of Coachella. The two star rating are because even a blind squirrel finds a nut once and while and this location occasionally is nice, clean and things work... But the other 80% isn't worth the hassle, there are other better locations within 5 miles of this station... The question is do you like taking care of your car and family, if so there are other choices.

So got. A platlum car was.when I pulled up to the wait sighn .the person never. Prewashed my car. He did. Not even spray the windshield or the car with water he just sent me. Through .it was the. Worst wash. Ever .. I truly would give this. Car was negitve stars. Save ur money and.dont. Go my car. Came out with. spots from the. Try color foam never.rinsed off. All the. Way .

What gas station doesn't take credit? This one. Customer service wasn't that friendly. Gas pumps didn't work right had to try four angles for it to pump without stopping. Having to use cash instead of business card messes up the books. Spent $20 to get to the next station to finish filling and waited on food and drink since I knew I needed to stop again. So they lost out on quite a bit. I assume all am/PM are the same, so will avoid all of them. Lost a daily traveler and will tell the rest of the fleet of the experience. So long

I seldom come to this car wash but it was convenient today. The attendant who is a head case and who has worked here quite a while was on duty. Don't think I got the Platinum wash I usually pay for my monthly subscription

I’ve had a car wash pass since you guys first opened. My card was recently skimmed and I had to get a new card. I visited two locations and no one could help me update my card on file. Thus, resulting in my pass becoming expired. I’m very upset that I got the run around and that they wanted me to pay the new pricing when I was grandfathered in. They told me at both locations that there was no way to update my card. Poor customer service all the way around. How hard is it to update a card in the 21st century without being forced into a new plan. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve called the number on the website with no call back. All I wanted was my car washed…like I’ve been doing since you guys opened. Update: the owner lists the phone number to call to get the issue fixed or looked into but never answers or calls back. I’ve left a message and had no response.
