I have had this account since 2022. When it was time for me to renew there was a issue and i was helped out. When I came to get my carwash afterwards something was wrong with the account but the person in charge that day allowed me through and was confused on why my account wasnt showing properly. So today more issues. I renewed with a new debit card in August. It took 19.99 out of my account on September 9th. Today is September 15. The lady is telling me that they tried to draw money from my account from a old card. That makes no sense considering I renewed with a new card. I even showed her my bank statement of the money coming out. Im now being told I will have to dispute it with my bank and will have to renew my account. This is ridiculous.... so ihave to renew AGAIN although I renewed in August and now should be on monthly auto draft. I am beyond irritated and will be cancelling snd not returning. Yall dont come here! I am typing all of this as I am sitting here still have not been permitted through to get my car wash. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend! -this is pines road btw! After 30 mins of sitting at the gate she finally has found my card that I said was on the account. Apparently it had my old card and current card. Im going to finish out my months with the auto renew and then I will go to the car wash accross the street. Im highly upset. Edit: the assistant manager says she has fixed it in the system permanently. So we will see.i may still cancel because why didn't anyone fix this before her? Ridiculous. Change from 2 stars to 3 because she said she fixed it.

I love this place. I happened to go in when they offered a month of washes at a sale price of $9.99. I was told they would text me when my month was up to see if I wished to renew it at regular price. They never did and just took $29.00 out of my acct. I cannot reach anyone to address the issue.

They don’t answer the phone and you can’t cancel your membership online. Really liked this car wash but now that I no longer live in Shreveport it shouldn’t be a hassle to cancel especially since I SPECIFICALLY asked the man who sold me the membership if it was easy to cancel because I knew I would not be in Shreveport for very long. Ridiculous business practices.

Great customer service. Best wash I've had in a long time. I like that they pre-scrub your vehicle before you go through the wash. It cleaned my wheels and tires well also. Thinking about getting the monthly club plan.

The carwash is pretty good and all EXCEPT FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! They apparently don't know what the word UNLIMITED means! It means... no limit. So why does their "unlimited" plans say you can wash your car ONCE A DAY? Isn't that a limit? They don't tell you this when they sell you the plan. You find out when you try to go through more than once.

I'm a professional fleet shuttle driver. I called in the morning and spoke to Keisha. When I arrived several hours later Keisha remember every detail of our conversation. Now that is customer service 👌. The facility was clean and everything I needed was available at my finger tips. I highly recommend!!!

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK!! DO NOT USE. My brand new GMC got STUCK for 20 min inside and came off track. Damaged my front end and 2 rims. I heard one young man that works there say that he saw it happen to another truck once before. I filed a police report. Waited 3 weeks to hear back from management to see if they would fix the damages. They kept giving me the run around and they have completely blown me off. Currently retaining a lawyer to rectify. SAVE YOUR COINS AND YOUR VEHICLE !!

Keisha and the staff are Always very friendly and helpful. This is the only drive thru that doesn’t scratch the paint on my vehicle. The prices are great, premises are always clean and the location is near my home. I recommend this car wash to Everyone!

The locations are convenient and I can pop in 2-3 times a week for a wash and vacuum. I appreciate the provided towels and other supplies. Some vacuums are more powerful than others. I like that I only need to wipe my car dry and add my tire shine and my ride looks fantastic. I have the basic plan and it gets the job done just fine.

Maybe don't discriminate people for there age and wearing bright color hair(pink, purple,white,light brown) maybe you wouldn't keep losing employees and good customers. Is not okay to be bias

I have the car wash pass and normally wash my car once a week. The workers are friendly. I appreciate the cleaning supplies that are provided. My only complaint is the LOUD music. Someone always has loud music, but yesterday the car next to me had their music so LOUD I couldn't wait to get away. I've been to a car wash that has signs posted "No LOUD Music" and drying the car off is very relaxing and pleasant. This location is so close to home and other than the music, it's a great place to get a good wash.

Long time customer, but first time review of this Amerishine. I live a quarter of a mile away from a sister location, I'd rather drive the literal 10 miles to the location on Pines Road. Their supplies and towels for detailing are always in stock and readily available. The crew and management are also friendly , but professional. I can never tell if they're having a long day or if they just started a shift. Their sister Shreveport location could stand to learn a lot from the way the team at 6811 Pines Road runs.
