Too much money to vacuum. I go to a place that's 50 cents versus their 2 bucks. Ridiculous. The vacuums are good though

They ripped me of I payed 13 dollars for the top wash and it just sprayed water and no soap. I went back and forth several times and nothing. I'm never going back!!! I called for a refund but for a fax number . I give it 0 stars .

Dirty and grimy. The basin (square in the middle) was full of anti freeze and it smelled like rotten eggs. The machine ripped me off $5. Wont be going back. It also felt unsafe there.

Took my money both times in the drive-in wash and in the bay as well and I never received my money back and it's been almost a month wasted $13 to try to wash my car and got nothing thanks American Pride Car Wash you're the best

I just want my $27 back! $22 is what the automatic machine charged me (for some reason it charged me twice) and $5 that I had to buy tokens for to wash all the soap of my car due to the automatic wash malfunction.

The best value in Cleveland. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Clean exterior for $7 and then vacuum and detail yourself for free with their tools. Amazing.

Only three of stalls that were offered were in working order. The lines were excessively long even causing traffic backup. The ones that were functioning did not have soap. I understand that it was a high demand day due to the break in the weather but there could have been better preparation. I've visited this location numerous times in the past and the decline is apparent.

If u love to wash your car yourself this is a good place to go during the daylight hours ... Only thing that sucked was the lil vending machine up front took my 3$ & didn't give me my drying towel :( but other than that it's a good place & have lots of different settings to clean your car .

Place is nice, Never had a problem with them so far but the automatic car wash sucks. The automatic car wash doesn't clean your car very well and when you use a credit card, it takes forever for the thing to approve your credit card. Pretty good, but could be better.
