This post should be very long and extensive but I’m going to make it brief as possible. I took my vehicle here a few Months back for an oil change and let’s say the worst day of my life. Jaylin changed my oil and put 8 quarts in stating that’s what my vehicle called for and I was charged an additional fee for the additional quarts. Man oh man before departing the facility my 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 had gray smoke coming from the back I was so blown away. I asked what’s going on she said it’s doing that due to a cleaning that was done (LIE). I asked was she sure and long behold she had a weird look on her face and said yes but I was asked right after to turn the car off (Why so)? She went back under the bottom and I’m not sure as to why and I was told to restart the car and long behold the same issue again. I was told it would stop. Listen, I went to grab my daughter from Halcyon elementary which is right by this establishment, left there to get on 85 south bound to get off on the eastern blvd exit and my car immediately started shaking, skipping and check engine light flashing on. I called back to the business expeditiously in panic mode and Jaylin told me not to panic and bring the car back (Why)? I’m asking her what was done to my car because when I drove it there and previously I had no issues whatsoever. She claimed it’s probably a minor fix and they’ll come to my HOUSE to check it out.(HUH). I knew then something wasn’t right. I called a tow truck company to get my car to a shop and long behold my car had too much oil added by JAYLIN. This lady lied to me so many times. I had to literally pay to get my car repaired!!!! I reached out and even went by with evidence and I was slammed by the general manager with lies, I never got reimbursed for what was done to MY CAR. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any human being AT ALL.

I have to say I was treated with such respect and they were completely professional. Made sure I understood my car issues for future checks.
