Alpine installed Paint Protective Film on my 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country. The work was excellent. The work site was professionally managed and left spotless. I can't say enough about how excellent Paul managed the entire process from scheduling to finished work. He even cleaned up some existing flaws and cleaned the entire car, neither of which was in the contract. That's love for your finished product. I highly recommend Alpine and Paul. I won't go anywhere else for my detailing in the future.

Terrible experience. I scheduled 3 different appointments for a full detail on my full size truck and Paul the operator, failed to meet all of the appointments. The first one he called the night before after I had called his AI answering service leaving a message along with texting him several times trying to get him on the phone to ask questions about what is included in the detail. When he called he told me that he "doubled book" my appointment and asked if I had some special link insinuating that I am the reason it was double booked. I booked on his website. Then I booked another appointment for a couple days later and he calls again stating that it is double book and needs to reschedule due to his website malfunctioning. So we schedule it for the folllowing Sunday. He scheduled it for between 9-9:30 sends a text the night before asking if he can come at 8:30 I said sure. When he arrives he tells me that it is Mother's Day and that he was not thinking of that when he scheduled it so he is limited on time. I said that does not make me feel very comfortable that your going to take your time and perform quality work on at a $420 detail service. He then tells me I have a lot of dog hair in the back, it was minimal, dog sits on a car seat, I vacuumed it out in less than 5 minutes. He was stating he wanted to charge more for it. I said well can you just take a shot at it and then we go from there and that's when he said "I am going to go at it for 3 hours or so and then we can go from there. I informed him that his website states 4-6 hours when you book the job now it is 3? Because you booked on Mother's Day and do not know if you have enough time to get it done in 3 hours? He then found a reason to throw a temper tantrum when I said I am not worried about the dog hair and said I am going to take off. So he clearly did not want to do the job AGAIN because this time it was Mother's Day. Why did you waste my time AGAIN booking a 3rd appointment only for you to cancel. SEE BELOW IT STATES 4-6 HOURS AND THIS GUY WANTED TO PUT 3 HOURS INTO IT THEN CANCELED IT AND RAN OFF LIKE AN UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WAS TRYING TO FIND A WAY OUT OF DOING THE JOB BECAUSE HE DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS MOTHERS DAY.
