Man ! talk about top notch service , I’m completely happy with how it turned out….car rides great again with the new tires. Also It was great to be able to text in order to communicate, being at work. The tires they quoted me were not available, but he was able to get a different tire that cost more money per tire then the original quote, but he prices matched the old tires which I greatly appreciated that being he did not have to . I’d highly recommend that company to anyone.. all yeah can’t forget I was in and out in less then 45 minutes!!!

I have bought 4 new tires in the past from Alpha, great tires, and Awesome service. Now on the same Chevy Van, they replaced my front brakes, and found out and show me my brake Rotors were grooved, pretty deep, the crew rotated my tires, new air pressure valve stem, new front brakes, rotors, fluids, in less than 2 hours, and I was on my way, and very happy .

This shop is a lifesaver for someone as busy as me! They picked up my car from my job while I worked, and the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. I handled everything via text—they sent photos of my worn parts and filters, kept me updated, and even let me pay online. The process was so easy and transparent, with no upselling or hidden fees. My car was done quickly, and the quality of work was excellent. I’m definitely coming back to get my calipers painted and will recommend them to everyone!

It was great to be able to text in order to communicate since I don't have the time to be calling different places to get pricing and availability. Once they came in, we set up an appointment via text, I went there, it took 45 minutes and I was out. I'll probably go there for my oil change too since Ana was pretty cool and down to earth, as was the guy who changed my tires. It was the first time ever I went to the mechanic and I got back into my car and it didn't smell like fermented dude. I joke, but that was a big deal for me since I'm a bit of a clean freak. I'll definitely be going back. They're good people.... Years later, they still have perfect customer service and you will never feel obligated or wronged by them. I would invest in this business.

This place is out standing! Spoke with Ana about my after market rims missing the center stabilizer she went above and behind taking my info and tire size and tracking the part down. She even sent me links to websites that had the parts I needed! By far the best customer experience I've had in a long time. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, very knowledgeable with the services that they offer! 10/10 experience

Ricky was very courteous and responsive to all my questions. He provided a great detail service on a 12 passenger van I purchased for my family and needed cleaned (it used to be a van transporting working guys, muddy equipment, etc.). Not only did Ricky get the van to about 90% of new appearance, I was pleasantly surprised to see he cleaned the engine, as well! Great job and great customer service.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They take appointments. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The coffee was hot and fresh. And, above all else, they are focused on matching you and your car with the most suitable tires, not just the ones with the largest (profit) margin. I would highly recommend Alpha Tires. If you call to make an appointment you may even have the opportunity to speak with Ana. She gave great advice and was a real treat to work with.

Bye far the best ALL AROUND automotive shop in the south! They have access to more than 150+ wheel options and even more tires! The business is expanding with so much more to come from complete detailing to full tire & wheel builds for every type of vehicle! I was treated like family. They worked late to accommodate my needs with the owner Louis getting down & dirty and the boss lady Ana going above and beyond to match up the fitment I needed for one of my cars. I can't say anything more except that they are absolutely 2nd to no one in the automotive game! Thank you so much, my friends!

Go to Alpha Tire, do not waste your time with anywhere else. I showed up, without an appointment, and was immediately greeted. The atmosphere was clean and professional, but the teams' personalities made it feel like showing up at a friend's place; warm, personable, and welcoming. I had a set of freshly powder coated rims that they mounted and balanced new tires on exceptionally fast and they looked immaculate. Alpha puts real care into their work and that's where you want to spend your hard earned money, full stop.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ana and the team there were very quick to respond online first and we talked about many tires and pricing. After much discussion I decided on the tires and had them installed by them. They are fast and professional. Small town feel type service you don’t get everywhere. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. If you are in need of tires it’s worth the drive. I live almost two hours away and passed plenty of shops. I go back over and over ! Thanks alpha tire!

TLDR: Customer service is top tier with honest and knowledgeable staff. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Contacting the shop is easy with prompt responses and the option to text. Lots of flexibility in how to pay through options based on affordability, ability to pay on Cash App, and acceptance of after-pay. I’ve lived in Burlington for over six years and wish I would have found a place like this sooner! I’ve returned several times for different services.Keeping up with car maintenance in the chaos of my life can kinda suck, yet I always leave the shop in a better mood than what I had coming in. Here are the key things I appreciate most about Alpha Tire: -The staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! Special shoutout to Ana. She’s much more than the front desk point of contact. Ana is very personable and takes the time to provide thorough information for any questions I have, and even the questions I never even would have thought to ask. -The environment. There’s nothing worse than having to awkwardly sit in uncomfortable plastic chairs less than a foot away from other customers, cramped in a small waiting area with the stale smell of cigarettes and old oil. This shop offers tons of clean comfortable space while you wait. I appreciated having the customer office space so I could knock out some work. -The honesty. Many shops can and will prey on unfamiliarity with vehicle repairs to squeeze every penny out of you. Not Alpha Tire! They offer upfront solutions and informed choices so you always stay in control. Staff take the time to provide education and reasoning behind their suggestions without the BS. -The ease of store communication. I find it much easier to text as I’m constantly on the move throughout the day. I’m very appreciative of this option being offered with responses from a real person rather than an automated bot. -The payment options. Prices are reasonable and you are offered options of how to make sure you get the service you need while still staying within your budget. Being able to pay through Cash App on my phone is very convenient. Having after-pay options through things like Affirm has been a blessing for when I’m in between paychecks but need to get more than one service without having to pay the entire cost upfront. All-around a great place with great people!
