Went here for the first time. Had my sunroof open when I arrived, but since I didnt take the car through the wash myself I didnt fully close it. I was a little confused on how it all worked and nothing was explained well. The employees did not check to make sure all the windows were closed before taking it through and left my sunroof cracked open. They tried to dry out my seats with towels but they were still somewhat wet and the car had a strong soap smell. Didn’t even inform me of what happened until they gave me the keys back. No offer of reimbursement or a voucher or anything. Simply gave me a towel to sit on since the seat was still wet and sent me on my way.

Pricing was recently revised to offer 3 diff exterior pricing levels, then you add interior service to either of those. I don't know the specific prices, but I got the premiere (top) level plus interior and it cost me $33.00. I don't mind a higher price as long as I get what I am paying for. In the most recent visit I did not. I paid same price for each of two cars ( mine and my wife's) neither interior windshield was washed, dash board tops were not wiped. They cleaned my rubber floor mats, but not my wife's. Was not a busy day, so no excuse. In Chicago, I can get a thorough hand car wash, air blown dryed for only $20 (see other reviews on here). Won't be going back to AAA.

Customer service was horrible. I sat for 5 mins waiting on someone to offer me service. When they did, I paid $16 carwash with tire shine no vacuum or anything else just a wash. I said no tire shine for the tires that's what I paid for they was like oh. we got you.i said never mind and left. These people kill me with service they want you to have and not what you paid for.

Title: Disappointed with AAA the Interior Cleaning Service I recently availed myself of an interior cleaning service for my car, but unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the results. Despite paying $27 for the service, the overall quality of the cleaning was unsatisfactory. Upon inspecting my car after the cleaning, I noticed several areas that were left untouched or poorly cleaned. The seats still had visible stains and dirt embedded in the fabric, which was particularly frustrating since I specifically requested a thorough cleaning of the upholstery. Additionally, the floor mats were not properly vacuumed, and debris was still present in the hard-to-reach corners of the vehicle. Considering the amount I paid for the service, I had expected a more meticulous approach and attention to detail. It's disheartening to realize that the job was not completed to the standard I had anticipated. While I understand that no service is perfect, I believe it is important to provide honest feedback to help improve the overall customer experience. I hope that my concerns are addressed and that future customers receive a more comprehensive and satisfactory interior cleaning. In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this interior cleaning service due to the subpar results and lack of attention to detail. I would advise potential customers to explore other options that offer a higher level of quality and thoroughness in their services. Regenerate

Unhappy, my car was dirty I knew that but, the windows were not cleaned good at all. I have a dog and you could still see where there were paw prints on the back window I had to clean it myself the floor mats were wet along with the cupholders. For what they charge it is not a good price for the work that was done. All of the employees were friendly but the work "NOT SO MUCH!"

Full service car wash… How ever be aware to not get in the left two lanes if you’re not getting the interior car cleaned or you’re going to be waiting loooonng time. They don’t tell you which lane to get in either, so a 5 minute car wash can turn into 40+ min wait.

I got my car washed twice here and both my experiences are very bad and I never refer this location to someone else again and I won’t be here again. The service is bad and the staff here are too arrogant. They don’t listen to what I say and what are the services that I require. Even my car had a lot of dirt and stains.I didn’t get the 100% service here for which I had paid. AAA definitely needs to look at this issue and fix the location for maximum customer satisfaction.

Been here a dozen times. Last wash wasn’t very good but needed a clean car. Went there today and it was a terrible experience. Paid $30 for an interior and exterior. The inside of my car is still dirty and the windows are smeared. The exterior doesn’t look good either. Spots and dirt still present. Also, I paid for the tires and they only went halfway around the wheel. I could have spent less money going to a basic car wash, done it myself and had a cleaner car. The people were nice but seemed lazy. Sadly, I won’t be going back to this car wash and I don’t recommend this one anymore.

Twice, I've spent 28 dollars for the top deal. I'm AAA as well and they failed to do well at cleaning the interior 2023 Nissan Kicks. OMFT to use the same dirty rag you used to wipe interior on my windows isn't smart. Kinda common sense really. OMG not happy then had to wait because the maintenance guy left and nothing was able to be washed.

They didn't clean my car as it should be and didn't even clean my tires wich I paid for it and they didn't do a good work. Not going back there anymore.

Avoid. They don't actually clean the interior of your car ever. It's a far cry from when it was the parkway auto wash. This place has been trash since AAA took over. I recommend going to Royal in Colerain or Sharonvile Carwash. Same experience but your car will actually be cleaned

The attendant that checked me in was fantastic. The guys who wiped off my car were also great. The guy directing me into the car wash was a complete jerk and does not need to be working in the service industry. I was straightening my wheel and he said something to me I could not hear. I cupped my hand to my ear. He repeated himself just as quietly as the first time he spoke. I said I cannot hear you. He walked to my car and said I told you to stop turning the wheel. You will mess up the axle and make me lose my job. I said I’m sorry I did not hear you. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away without saying a word. Another attendant came in his place and talked to me like a human being. The first guys attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for.

This business used to be known as Parkway Auto Wash, and (though not perfect) it was much better then. I took my car in today when it was a slow day. When it came out, the tire shine had not been applied to all four tires and there were water droplets still visible on the body of the car. Worst of all, the interior windows were very hazy. I don't know what they used on the windows, but they needn't have bothered at all. Moreover, they could've been more pleasant. I will NEVER take my car back to them.

Great value and service. Full service Car Wash. they vacuum, wash your floor mats and hand dry and detail your interior afterwards. Even better when you have a monthly subscription. Sometimes they have been short on staff but that’s everywhere so I don’t hold that against them. But overall it’s the best value.

I went to the car wash on a very slow day. I waited 15 minutes while the person in front of me had his car interior and exterior cleaned down to the last detail- many areas gone over multiple times. Didn’t mind, I figured mine would get the same treatment. Wrong! The inside had been vacuumed and the windows cleaned but that is the extent of it . Dust all over the dash, litter and sticky spots still right were they were before impudent $22 and change for an interior/ exterior wash plus a $5 tip put in the box before I saw the interior. I did not have time to return once I had the car back. Tried to call when I got home- and finished cleaning the interior myself. Phone call would not go through. When I went to the website… it was for insurance.. not the car wash. Not worth the money or the aggravation! I have pictures to prove my point if the opportunity arises. Save your money!

Jeremy and James are rockstars. I had my truck broken into while on an underground tour of the city. Glass everywhere, police reports, stolen firearms, etc. while with one of my sons. These gentlemen cleaned out all the glass in the vehicle while I dealt with the insurance. Nothing but good things from these men, and kept my faith that there are still good people out in this world. Thank you again!

Short review: I've had my car washed here many times over the past several years, and I've been generally happy with the service and quality. Longer review: I was a little surprised at the number of negative reviews when I came to check their hours last week, especially since I've generally has positive experiences here over the past several years. I went on a Sunday afternoon that wasn't too busy; there was one car ahead of me and I watched 3 guys spend several minutes cleaning the interior of that car before waving me up. There were a few guys on the other end when the car came out of the wash, and while I didn't time it, I'd estimate they spent close to 5 minutes wiping down/toweling off the exterior and interior. Upon getting home I took several minutes to closely inspect the interior and exterior just so I could accurately report the quality of the car wash. As noted in a few of the reviews, I did see some minor streaks on the windshield but not something I likely would have normally noticed. There were also a few dead bugs/dirt still on the grill and front bumper...I was a little surprised since I had watched them "pre-spray" and also wipe down the vehicle after. Taking a rag and trying to clean them off helped me appreciate just how determined they were to hang on. There was evidence that they had wiped down the cup holders and inside the doors. It didn't match the quality/thoroghness of a full car detailing, but I thought it was cleaned really well considering the price included both an interior and exterior cleaning. I think it is fair to say that regular customers would experience some variability in the quality of service, and some of the team are more friendly and warm than others...still, I'll continue taking my car here, and I'll continue appreciating their efforts to keep it clean and shiny.
