This car wash is way overpriced for the quality of work they’re giving. I spent $39 plus put $10 cash in the tip box. I get a better wash at an unmanned touchless wash bay for a small fraction of this. My windows weren’t wiped on both sides. Could still see the dirt outline from windshield wipers on front & back windshields. Fingerprints left on side windows. Rolled down one window while wiping car & returning it without correction which left the window covered with water & needing wiped to removed water. My interior was pretty clean when I arrived. The only thing that could be seen that was done was that my weather tech mats were taken out & washed. They were returned soaked with water & not wiped at all. Literally had pools of water under my feet on mats when I got back in. My backseat had water all over it. I paid for top of the line exterior wash with interior add on + trunk vacuum. I couldn’t see a thing was done in interior. My interior windshield has some sort of spray on it, not wiped , justa spray pattern. There was still crud left on exterior of car that I had to take care of myself. The wheels were washed no tire shine added to wheels (feels like it was put on wheel covers). Lady at entry told me to tip into box & that I wasn’t supposed to tip the individuals doing the wipe down at the end. But the guy at the end made sure to tell me he didn’t get any part of the tip in the box but when I told him I was told not to tip individuals, he tells me I have to do it on the down low which I did not as I could see what was not done already. Definitely not worth $50. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If the one on Galbraith is still open, I’d suggest going there & Skip this place all together. Gotta be better than this high priced, quality lacking location.

Didn't open on time. When they did finally start, the POS system was inoperable. Did an awful job on my car after I told them it needed a lil elbow grease as I had just gotten off a 13hr road trip. I'm canceling my AAA membership behind this. Surely not what Rainbow used to be!

After going here my blind spot detectors don’t work anymore . Maybe the company can fix it doubt it but I won’t be return . The staff is friendly and nice my exterior clean was fine but the interior clean for paying over 20 dollars is terrible you are better off spending 20 minutes your self cleaning . Lesson learned don’t pay for something you can do yourself and do it much better

Sadly, I haven’t had good service from AAA auto wash in quite some time. I ALWAYS end up drying my car before I leave because whole sections are missed, from the hubs to the hatch. I bring an extra towel to put on the drivers side floor mat bc there is always pooled water. The windshield is not cleaned well. Nothing inside is wiped down. I have to ask to have the antenna removed (I’ve seen it left on too many times) and after my last visit, I got home before I realized the antenna had not been replaced. The price has become outrageous, even with the AAA discount. And the fact that tips are now expected makes me feel like the employees are not getting paid properly—which probably has something to do with their lackluster performance. I am no longer a regular at AAA, but rather save it for times when I just have no other choice. Very disappointing experiences and really no customer service anymore, with the exception of a few people.

drove in 4/21 around 12:45 and had the rudest reception from the young woman working the booth where you pay. She didn't greet me and just stood there until it felt uncomfortable - and finally she said 'what do you want?' I told her the package, she charged my credit card and did not say a word - like 'thank you'. Ya'll know how many options there are for car washes out there? why take a job where you have to speak to people? you are the first impression of this 'brand' , and I immediately decided I won't be back. Then I met the wonderful woman that dried my car. I don't recall her name but she took the time to do the best job of hand drying my car, ever! Bless your heart - maybe you should be promoted to your booth job???!!

It is my first time to have my car washed at AAA and I paid for the "premier service". However the result was not so premier. The exterior cleaning was good but the interior service was subpar. There were finger prints on the wind shield and dash board remained dusty. They vacuumed but ignored the obvious crevices even if it's visibly dusty.

This has always been one of my favorite places to go because the car wash is reasonably priced and they also clean the inside of your car for you. I have been going to this car was for years, but the quality has declined since it's no longer Rainbow. Now, you need to check your car to make sure that they are cleaning everything. My most recent experience was at a time when they had very few customers but were well-staffed. Because my dog rides in my back seat, I asked them to wipe down the back seat, but didn't notice that they didn't wipe the door panels, which are still covered in dried drool. They cleaned the floor mats, but they are still dirty, and they didn't clean the pedals or areas that need extra attention. And even though they cleaned the inside, there was still a good amount of dust and crumbs that were not touched. A disappointing experience. UPDATE - Thanks for contacting me. However, the store manager did not contact me as you suggested. I'm adding pics of the untouched doors.

Paid $32 (had a $2 coupon from whenever the last time I was there- which based on everyone telling me they’ve never seen that before I’m going to assume was awhile) for a half washed car. I paid for the inside& out to be cleaned, the Plus choice to be exact. The inside looked the exact same as it did before they “cleaned” it. The lady that took my payment beforehand was rude. Just stared at me until i told her what choice i wanted then shooed me off. Waited about 20 min with one 2 cars ahead of me.. this used to be my go to car washed when it was RAINBOW, even stuck around for a little after AAA took over even tho it was declining. After today, i don’t think I’ll be back. The man drying my car off was super kind!

I liked it better when it was Rainbow car wash... the guy in.shorts was there...they did a better job on interior... I had a young girl doing the outside of my car today and frankly she checked her phone more than the job she was doing...it was hilarious that the guy doing inside had to show her how to open the rear hatch "she was trying to open it by the camera thankfully its not broken"...they didn't put the lil screw on antenna on... and I asked her ... doesn't it get tire shine ? She said "I can put it on if you want" I said yes please I paid over $30 bucks I'm supposed to get it... she did them but while doing them I kid you not she was crouched down lookin at her phone... after checking it looks like they just wiped the tires with a damp rag as there is no shine on them after we left ... It was lack luster service... and the cashier is gone... that is where I would buy my interior air fresher spray... Mikes only does the outside but at this point I'm just like well they don't do a good job anyway... the vacuum guy did a great job though... my dash has a layer of dust on it still sigh... maybe guy doing inside was playing on his phone also

The line was to the street. I patiently waited for almost an hour to get my vehicle cleaned. i purchased the premium package. My car came out. Wheels were still dirty and not shined. Floor mats wet and turned in the wrong direction. The inside was not touched at all. Ash tray was just wet and not cleaned. As a AAA member i was highly disappointed

I’ve been going here for years. Some washes are done better than others, but overall always pleased. Went today after being much overdue for an interior and external clean. I watched one of the wipe down staff members, Crystal, do an exceptional job. She had such attention to detail and took her time ensuring everything was spotless. They need to give her a raise!

Changing my review. They are nice people. But if the service says it includes a vacuum it should be vacuumed. The only part of my car that looks vacuumed is the floor mats in the front. I paid extra for the cargo to be vacuumed and it looks no different. The back floor looks 100% the same. I don't expect perfection as I do have dogs. But atleast a reduction of hair. My center console looks like they put some soap in but didn't wipe it/clean it. And neither door was touched at all. I should have just got my outside washed bc that's the only thing that looks clean. Very unfortunate. I drove 35 mins for nothing.

After a week of bad weather you would think they would be fully staffed to handle the volume. But no, full service car wash took 2 hours. Not much else to say, if you want to wast your time go to AAA auto wash.

The people who vacuum the car and who dried my car were great. The lady (employee 713) who took our order was rude and not very helpful. She automatically thought we knew what we wanted when we got there and acted like it was a problem when asked if we could see her list. When she is working we will not use this service on her days. Thank you to the other nice employees.

I got an exterior wash on Monday December 8th and the top panel on my car was ripped off. I didn’t notice it for a few days because the damage was on the top of my car. I took my car back to the carwash and they found the piece in the carwash and pressed it back in place. I asked to file a claim with their insurance company they took down my information and reviewed camera footage. They claimed that the panel was damaged when I arrived at the carwash and declined to contact their insurance company stating that they are not liable. If you do use this carwash make sure you take interior and exterior pictures of your car before you go or better yet: DO NOT USE THIS AAA CARWASH As a previous poster mentioned the quality of service has gone down now that it is AAA and no longer Rainbow.

Friendly staff and great service. They are a full service car wash. They vacuum your car, wash your floor mats, wipe down the interior and exterior windows and wipe down and dry off your car afterwards. Always willing to correct any issues, I have a monthly subscription and come often sometimes 3-4 times a week and they are open year long too.

Read all of the other reviews on here because what they say is accurate. The quality of service was great when it was Rainbow car wash! When AAA took over, at the beginning, it wasn’t as good, however it was still decent. Well, no longer! The price, even with my AAA discount, is very high and the quality of service is very low! I’m paying for it to be towel dried but left with water dripping down the driver and passenger windows as well as the front windshield and side view mirrors. There are also dried water marks/drops left on parts of the car and windows. And the interior looks like it wasn’t even wiped down! A layer of dust and even debris still laying there, right where they were before I brought the car in. So disappointing, and actually, unacceptable considering the price they charge!
