Fraudulent charges!!! Went to get gas and I keep getting charge for gas that I haven’t even been at that gas station. Went and try to talk to someone at the gas station and then they said to call my bank that it usually happens.

This place is a fraud!!! I pumped gas at Pump #7 and it charged me without giving me any gas! I went back showing the receipt to the worst employee Nicole and refused to even check that my car was on empty or verify my receipt and said she couldn’t do anything than decided to be back on her phone!!! Be aware of being scammed for gas!!!

Very mean lady this is my third time going to this place, and all the time she’s being very rude, i think she is racist some other 3 customers they were complaining about her service! When u are not kind and friendly u don’t work in customer service places

FRAUDSTERS. Went today for car wash. Paid 8 dollars for car wash but the car wash machine was broken and I could not wash the car. Went to the counter and requested for refund and was told by Nicole to come back tomorrow between between 3PM to 5PM and meet the manager for refund. She told me that there were 5 customers before me who had complained about the car wash and requested for refund but she refused refund to all 5 customers and all five agreed to come next day for refund. I asked her if 5 customers before me had informed that the car wash was broken why was there no note in the paying kiosk informing car wash was broken, I then requested her that she connect me to her manager immediately, she then refunded the 8 dollars back to my discover. Complete fraud, avoid at all cost.

Decent prices, but as for customer service...a thumbs way down. The lady that works there is always talking on her cellphone and rude when "interrupting" her talk on phone. Snatches money from hand every time. I have had too many encounters with her bad service that I question if I want to deal with that or not. I do go elsewhere if I am using cash. Using my card I can just pump.

This is a review of an employee at 76 Rocket Station named Borin. I locked my keys in my car while getting gas. He was so kind, he loaned me a tool but it didn't work. I called AAA and they said 3 hours. Then I remembered the door code.
