I love the zips car wash locations, but my favorite is on Whitten Rd near Raleigh Lagrange. They are always so clean, quick, and their vacuums are top notch. But the best part is every time, the employees are happy, smiling and just make you feel like it’s a great day. This is an awesome team!

The staff are awesome and the gentleman at the kiosk is so informative and has a really great personality on top of it. Great vacuums though a few don't have good suction sometimes. Never had any damages to my vehicles from the equipment. Good promotions year-round

I don't know what has happened to zip car wash on Whitten. But the last couple of times have been awful here. I stop by today on Thursday, February 29th to have my car washed. I got the premium wash. The drying machine when you exit the wash was not working. There were no towels or spray to wipe the car. When I asked the attendant (who was the only one here) where were the towels, he said we ran out of towels. What? Also, I told him the drying part if the wash wasn't working, he says it's broke. It would be nice if they could put a sign up. That says the car washes in working properly so that you don't spend your money on a premium call , wash and not get it. Also, The place is filthy, there is garbage everywhere. You have to step over garbage in the little slots that you dry your car in to even get to your car. It's really pathetic when this isn't even a year old. I won't be doing my car at this Zip car wash anymore!

Nice staff. Carwash broke my side mirror cover on my new truck. Can’t find no one to talk to. Manager said he submitted the claim and thats all he can do. About to cancel my long time membership. Additionally, you will be lucky to find a working vacuum. You need to hunt for one.

Free car. Port usair hoses cleaning supplies all complimentary to any and all withdrawal withsubscriptions friendly staff. Serviceable. Professionalism, great atmospnever crowded plenty of room. I stayed a very long time and nobody even complained. In back, ask me if I needed anything very nicely. Hands down the best place in the only place that I will continue to wash my car. Interior or exterior is zips. I could give him a 10 star writing. I would good work guys.!!

Vacuums hoses are trash. Some stations are missing hoses. Then going thru wash itself was going little fast for some sprays to spray. Cooperate needs come down clean up this place. Better be lucky got 1 star. I would negative stars.

This car wash is janky. The member side entrance doesn’t work half the time, half of the vacuum hoses are either not working or the hose is missing, towels are often unavailable, and employees sit in their cars and smoke weed instead of working. Going to cancel my membership.
