Went to get my car washed today. Stood in line until my turn was next. Out of no where the guy that helps run the place gets very loud in front of all the customers accusing me of skipping another customer. Totally untrue seeing as though I waited in line until the guy who wash my car approached me and asked what services I needed rendered. As he proceeded to wash my car the other guy loudly screaming at me. In front of everyone. I told him he was very unprofessional. He then proceeded to curse me out in front of customers as well. Will never return again. Very unprofessional, rude, and not organized. Had they had been organized, he would have known that I didn't skip. Never I've supported this business many times before, but will no longer support them.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The tall guy with the dreads is the one who gave the horrible experience today.

The guy did ok on my SUV and supposedly waxed it too. He could have did an excellent job, but he was on his cellphone and was not paying attention, I was wiping my baseboards off and drying the dripping water off my mirrors on the outside. I paid 30.00 and I felt he should have given me half of my money back because of your undivided attention. That is not good customer service at all. I have been there several times and each time I come I have to go home and redo my windows.
